They sold me counterfeit elf bars !! The top is a real elf bar the bottom is what they sold me I knew immediately when I hit it and it tasted awful , I purchased 2 there and the serial numbers will not pull up on the elf bar website , I mean you can clearly see these aren't the same the color and lettering is off absolutely will never go back !

Favorite “Other” type store to shop at even though it’s just a run-of-the-mill smoke shop. They have everything for your smoking needs. Staff not very knowledgeable and having to inquire or look stuff up seems like they are going out of their way. Staff tends not to be knowledgeable or have the answer to anything.

I was excited to see a new business in town, so I stopped in. Very nice people, friendly service. They answered my questions, and we had a few laughs. I work at a different local retail store, and a customer asked me if we sold CBD dog treats for pain. We do not, so I made a quick phone call to Dr. Smoke to see if they carried them. They do, and my customers were happily on their way to grab that product for their puppy.

Always super kind employees at the shop. My family and I moved here a few months ago and we were happy and surprised to find a smoke shop 10 mins from us since we live in a pretty rural area. Alot of items to choose from weather your looking for CBD, Kratom, Delta-8, Kava, hookahs, papers, pipes ect.. I would say their prices are a little higher than an avg smoke shop.. but being the only shop in the area it's expected. 10/10 would recommend. Also the employees are very good at recommendations as far as different products to use. Thanks Dr. Smoke!🤗💨

Wonderful place, they have a lot of unique stuff, prices might be just a lil bit higher than some of it's larger competitors but I like to try and help the little guy out when I can.

Absolutely fascinated with this shop!!!! They have just about everything you could expect a smoke shop to have; but especially with employees who genuinely provide you with their undivided attention to ensure that you feel comfortable to look around and ask any questions possible about their products. Their store is very well organized, colorful, non judgmental and overall the most stimulating store Smithers has ever even dreamed of!!!! In fact, I'm heading over there right now to get my usual, Puff Bar "banana ice" flavored of course. Their prices aren't anywhere near as high as the newer smoke shop in kanawha city... (not bud-get) Lol. If you've been procrastinating about checking them out??? Just freaking stop, man you're gonna love it here!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO BE AN EMPLOYEE HERE, AND WOULD WORK ANY AND ALL HOURS AVAILABLE TO ME !!!!! (hint hint) lol

I wasn't impressed by this smoke shop they didn't have alot to choose from and what they did have was over priced we bought a couple disposable vapes that were buy 2 and get 1 free and 1 of the 3 did not work at all and they never even offered to give us a refund or to even replace it. Also while we were looking around I picked up a lighter case so I pulled out my lighter to try it on and it would not fit so I put the case back and put my lighter back n my pocket and went on looking around when a few mins later a police officer comes through the door n walks straight to me n tells me to empty my pockets because the man in the back of the store watching the cameras called n said that I stole a cigar well for 1 I don't smoke cigars never have and so I complied and emptied all of my pockets n told the officer what I had done with the trying of the lighter in the case n putting it back n he saw that I didn't have anything n my pockets that didn't belong to me so he left and yet the people working in the store never even so much as said "I'm Sorry!" So needless to say I won't be shopping at Dr. Smoke any more and i wouldn't suggest anyone else does either.

Loved how friendly the staff is I got my aegis geek vape there it was a Christmas present and I love it the staff went out of their way to find everything I needed for it one complaint is they don’t keep my coils in stock
