We heard about Burger Carte from a friend and decided to give them a try after a long day seeing the sights along Route 60. I wish we would have tried them sooner because the food was excellent. We each got burgers and they were perfectly cooked, juicy, well seasoned and with a great char for that extra flavor. The toppings were fresh and well prepared as well. We each got a side, one order of chili cheese fries and an order of pickle fries, and both were very good as well.We ordered online and got our order to go. It was ready within the specified time, and while one of the things we initially ordered was currently sold out (garlic fries), the restaurant called us almost immediately and we were able to pick a substitution.Overall I'm very happy with our experience and we will definitely be back for more.

The milkshakes is a little costly but you get what you pay for. They are amazing!!The staff was perfect!!! I've not seen so many smiles while being at work in my life. If you have never tried this place you definitely should!! You will not be disappointed 😌Kid-friendliness: Yes they ave amazing shakes and things for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: It's all 1 level and accessible for wheelchairs.

On the way back home from Babcock State Park on Sunday, I remembered hearing about Burger Carte. My boyfriend and I decided to check it out. Using their easy online system, I placed our order through their site. Within what seemed like seconds, the restaurant called me to explain that they were out of garlic fries & we coordinated on a replacement. The website estimated wait time was around 30 minutes and our order was ready right at that limit. Burger Carte is located conveniently on Route 60, with a large parking lot and clear signage. While the inside of the restaurant isn't super large, there's enough room for multiple people to be inside waiting on orders. It was clean, cheery, and the menu was clearly posted. We picked up our order and took it to-go. Both of our burgers (the Mushroom Swiss & the A1 Burger) were delicious. Super juicy, great char on the outside, with the standard condiments. We also got a side of chili cheese fries & pickle fries that were awesome. The pickle fries were french-fry cut pickles, that were battered and fried. Smaller than standard pickle spears, they were a great take on fried pickles. The chili cheese fries had good flavor and plenty of sauce on top. I would 10/10 recommend that everyone stop at Burger Carte at least once. The staff was friendly and prompt, the online ordering process was easy, and the food was really awesome.

The food was good, but a large French fry was about the size of a small McDonald's. And we got the fried mushrooms and they were only 5 in the box. Over priced for the the portion you receive. I was disappointed. But I gave it three stars for the shakes and taste of the food. Probably will not stop there again

Love this place. We stop in every time we are in town. Don't pass them up. Stop in and have some good food.Parking: It's a small place but there is plenty of parking. Not usually slammed but busy. We've never had a problem finding parking.

Indoor seating is very limited~there are only four two person tables. My grandson and I enjoy the outdoor picnic area as a nice alternative. Hotdogs and french fries just taste better while waving at gigantic 18 wheelers vrooming by! The girls in the front are always small-town friendly & happy to fill your bag with extra condiments & napkins- just ask & don’t forget to tip! The milk shakes are real and the soft drinks are cold (they have that good ice! (little crunchy disk-like shape)! Burger Carte is one of the last of its kind - the grill is always ready, the veggies and bread are fresh, and the meat isn’t processed! You can also grab a Burger Carte T-Shirt for $10 to commemorate the experience! If traveling with young children I recommend skipping the roadside picnic tables (stressful!!) and go 1/2 mile up river to the fenced-in playground across the railroad tracks from McDonalds.

This local place has been a favorite spot for a long time. They have a nice menu with a lot of variety and overall the food is very good. I especially love the burgers. Don't expect a fancy sut down experience as it is mainly takeout but there are a few picnic benches out front to relax and eat. Definitely worth a stop to try them out.

Stopped there with a friend while out riding the bike. The girls working there were slow and then to add insult to injury, they asked my friend if I was her dad. What business it was of theirs, idk. Was pretty rude.

You want a super tasty burger you gotta hit this place up. The garlic fries are seriously the best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve had a lot of fries. You can completely customize your burger and they have super fresh veggies. The fried mushrooms are really good too great flavor. If you’re thinking of going to McDonald’s or Wendy’s instead you’re making a mistake. Staff is super friendly too!

The daytime workers are amazing! Don't order ice cream after 7pm. The 3 girls that were there, only one was doing anything the other 2 were just standing there. No lids for the banana split, so I had to ask for foil and wrap it myself. I ask for spoons (I ordered 4 different ice creams) I was given 1. No one said hi, thank you, nothing. Daytime only for me from now on.
