First visit. Moving to the area & my dog needed his rabies. My other dog will be seen this fall. Very impressed. Staff is so friendly. Dr Dowdy was excellent & knowledgeable. She answered my many questions & provided quality & common sense information & advice.And my 2 kittens (literally fell through my ceiling 2 months ago - they were just about a week old) will have their first visit to Valley Vet next week. I have complete confidence that I made a great choice!

Our Cat Tiny got sick over the weekend. We took her in. And by Tuesday she was so much better! They actually act like she was there pet. Gave great detail to making her better!

They've always been helpful since we've been bringing my dog there or should I say puppy they started seeing the puppy before I owned it so I continued with them I wish it would allow me to attach a photo as it is hard to find this place without the coordinates from GPS which is N 37.64108 W 080.50336 if you plug that into your GPS it'll take you right there or use Google maps

Our Dog Bear had to be put down. He lived a long happy life at almost 17 years. The staff at Valley Vet Clinic showed care and compassion during this time. Grateful we have such fine people to rely on for our pets.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr, Sabrina Dowdy and her staff. They have worked with me for several weeks now to help my Great Pyrenees recover from an attack from another animal. I know that the phrase "over and above" is used loosely at times, but not in this instance. They have all worked closely with me to make this terrible situation better for not only my dog, but me as well. They have provided the best care for him through surgeries, treatments, and following up. As he is not totally out of the woods yet, I know that they have done absolutley everything possible for us. Dr. Dowdy was aware that daily treatments were a strain on me, as it would seriously interfere with my work schedule. She made it possible for me to do treatments at home, and she and her staff have followed up with me daily to check on his progress. The times I've had to take him back in, I've even had help from her aides lifting him in and out of the car, which is huge to me (If you have had to lift a Pyrenees, you understand). I have never had a vet's office to call ME to see if they needed to fit him in the next day to check things out, but they have, and even ask for me to send pictures so we dont have to stress him out if we don't need to. These people care. Dr. Dowdy, Ashleigh, Mary, and Christen, thank you so much! They know their animals and do the best for them, as well as their owners. ❤️

They were super busy but were able to see our fur baby. He had a tooth issue, and the staff was kind and knowledgeable. This is the only vet our furbaby doesn’t give a hard time to, and this speaks volumes of the kind of practice this is. The vet and vet tech were friendly and provided excellent care. It was very apparent that they cared about their patients. We recommend this office in a heartbeat. Thank you for taking such good care of our furbaby!

I called the office last night at 7:15 because my little dog was having problems breathing. At 7 a.m. no one had bothered to call back. My dog was still bad this morning so I headed to the vet office with him. There was a lady in the parking lot, and I told her I had a really sick dog. She proceedes to tellme she didnt have a vet for another 2 hours. I told her I had called last night and no one ever called me back. She said "sorry about that". No one bothered to ever return my call. Thankfully I got him to a vet, and he has pneumonia. Prayerfully he is gonna be ok! Don't have an emergency number if your not gonna return the call!

I've been going here for years. I love Dr. Amy and her staff. They are always kind and considerate and she knows what she's doing. I have been a client for over 15 years and started going to her when she was in maxwelton. She is top notch in my book and very Profesional and extremly compassionate. I feel blessed to have her take care of all of my animals.

We have two clinics in the area and both are pretty good, but recently was forced to visit here when the other clinic did not have a bet that day.My wife and I were impressed that trip, so we went back again and were even more impressed with both their fees, and quality.

The ladies here were super nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. They kept me updated on everything concerning my 2 cats. The office was very clean. I will be returning to this office the next time i need a vet amd i will recommend this office to my friends and family.

Receptionist is rude and does not need to work there. She doesn’t want to help you when you call and ask questions. My mother has been a long time customer and has brought her animals there for years . One of her cats was dying. And she called to tell them she needed to come in as a walk in and had to wait 30 mins before the dr saw her. The cat was suffering and had to be put down immediately, even though I called ahead time and told them she was dying. She told her she would have to pay more money because she didn’t have an appointment and when she got there nobody was even there. Will be finding a new vet. The Dr. has always been professional but she needs new front desk staff.

They took excellent care of our girls they did great job we are very pleased with the service and care if our fur babies..thank you.( everything was free through the cat program) $10.00 fee for flea meds the spay/neuter is free..

My 16 year old cat was in distress and I called to have her seen and decide what could be done, if anything, to improve her life or if it is time to let her go. I was rudely told that I had not been there since 2016 and was considered a new client which they were not accepting. No compassion. No advice. My heart breaks for my cat.

Friend had a voucher to have dog spaded but at last minute they wouldn't take the dog and we're extremely rude about it. They didn't even call them to let them know their policy changed. Very disrespectful

i just called and im guessing they don't want new clients lady didn't even take the time to continue hearing me out before just hanging up the phone on me. We moved here from VA awhile back and are looking for a vet they were recommended but now im not sure why.
