I really love this store honestly. The prices are a little steep occasionally, but the products and staff are great. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Customer service is professional. This is a wonderful way to support your local small businesses. They deserve it.

Shout out to my local Ace hardware! We are frequent customers, sometimes even daily,But and recently have come across some hard times in which both of our vehicles have go crapped out. Was supposed to get somebody to take me to the Ace hardware this morning to get food for everyone, the animals, and unfortunately they didn't show up and I had a hungry flock. I called my local Ace hardware to try to figure out what the delivery limit was see if I could afford to have stuff delivered and when the owner and his wife recognized who it was they told me not to worry about that, asked what I needed, took my payment over the phone, and had it delivered to me personally within maybe 10 minutes of calling. The owner's wife especially I want to thank for dropping what she was doing to run feed out to me today. Sometimes the small kindnesses are the greatest ones because you just never know how much of an impact you have. It's worth paying the higher prices they have for that kind of service any day.! Thank you so much guys! Happy chickens!!!

This is a great locally ran business with plenty of staff. They are also cheaper than most similar businesses in the area. They have lots of employees who are always friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for and will check on you as you shop. My favorite hardware store in the area and I always check to see if they have what I need first.

I can't say enough good things about this store. It's never crowded, they have a wide selection and employees are very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend it and I will continue to shop here.

I like that these are locally owned franchises. Which mean ACE decides the prices and sales. You help local business owners plus get so good deals. Not always the cheapest or has the best selection but saves me a 20 minute drive to Lowes and usually only ends up costing me a few $ more. Not having to drive to a big city and put up with traffic and people. Priceless!

Ace hardware is truly a standout place in shinnston the people there are courteous and kind they do their job very well their experience an knowledged on all topics of home improvement if you are looking to get a good deal and expert opinion on anything from roofing to plumbing go to Ace it's the only place to go in Shinnston.

Employees are always very helpful in finding what i need even if ihave no idea what its called. On more than one occasion I've taken a picture of what needs to be fixed and they go and find me the parts. Always very helpful.

Yesterday picked up some damp rid, saddle soap, steel wool, and linseed oil. There products are priced same as all ace stores compared to Lowe's, home Depo.

I use to go to Ace Hardware in Bridgeport, WV. Then the Ace in Bridgeport, WV closed permanently back in August of 2014. For almost 2 years, there was no Ace Hardware anywhere in Harrison County, WV. Then in 2016, I heard the news that Ace Hardware returned to Harrison County, WV, in the city of Shinnston. I'd been in this store, the store looks good after the remodel, this store was vacant for several years, it use to be a Save A Lot supermarket. I'm glad that Ace is back in Harrison County, WV, cause True Value sucks, not really, I don't have anything against True Value Hardware, I just like Ace Hardware name better.
