Very crammed together and floors look dingy/dirty. Interaction with three different employees in one visit and all three seemed like they hate life. It took 15 minutes and three employees to figure out why the card machine wasn’t working. Find out that the cashier kept canceling the sell…smh

Smells like sewage in the store, so badly I got an instant headache. Covered my nose with my shirt and got outta there!! Won't be back until/if it's fixed. I overheard an employee say they were feeling sick. No wonder!!! Please fix this, cause my family likes this store otherwise.

Local grocery store with a little bit of everything. Prices seemed fair. Staff is very friendly. The also sell beer so you can shop in one stop.

It's more expensive than Kroger & doesn't have a huge selection, but it's close & I can usually get what I need without having to go 15 miles to the next store. All the employees are kind & happy to help. The store is always clean.

This grocery store has went downhill since it was changed to the Price Cutter chain. They keep out dated inventory on their shelves to sell to the customers, even though it has already expired (be sure to check the dates when buying from here). The staff is generally rude and unprofessional. They mark up the name brand inventory to try to force you to buy their generic off brand name "Best Choice" which clearly isn't the "Best Choice".In addition, my Dad is 76 yrs old, he was checking out at the register, the cashier had been called up to the front office for some reason, the cashier later returned to continue checking my dad out, obviously now upset from whatever the front office had to say to him. He told my dad the price due, as my dad was handing him the money, the cashier aggressively snatched the money out of my dad's hand, grabbing ahold of my dad's fingers while snatching the money and hurt my dad. Not at all acceptable!! In my opinion, this was assault on a senior citizen. If you are that unhappy with your job, please do us all a favor and QUIT. I asked my dad if he spoke to the manager about it so that the manager could fill out an incident report and speak to the employee about the incident. My dad said that he did not bother reporting it because he didn't think the manager would even care enough to do anything about it. I hate that this is the only grocery store in this town. It is not the same grocery store that it was 20 yrs ago when it was under the Giant Eagle name. This is the Price Cutter located in Shinnston, WV.

I only shop here if I forgot something when grocery shopping. I normally drive to Bridgeport's Price Cutters. Shinnston's is always dirty. Most workers seem miserable. Everything here is so much more expensive then the others. They don't have good produce selections. You have to look at the cheese because 8 out 10 times it is moldy. So I try really hard not to shop here if it can be avoided.

This store has a lot of different items from food to cleaning supplies. They have a deli and bakery that will make cake orders. There are no self-checkouts but do not usually have a lot of cashiers which can cause a bit of a wait. They do call more cashiers when lines develop but do lack staff sone of the time. The manager will try to order any item you want that he doesn't currently have if he can get it. This store does offer a fuel rewards program to get money off gas from a Sunoco located on site. You get 1 cent off every gallon up to 15 gallons for every 10 dollars spent on groceries if I remember correctly with no limit or expiration.

Love the great friendly employees always helpful. Prices going higher some items my family and I like they never get in the store again, also please sale whole water melons all year long instead of small pack cut up for 3.99 please.

Love the morning shifts employees! Especially Deli workers. They are GREAT Customer Service wise and from my own personal experience and what I've observed while shopping they treat each and every customer like their best friend.

Everything is costly these days but that's happening everywhere. Produce especially high in this store.They offer a wide variety of goods. Off brand deals makes it a worthwhile savings $$$.I find this store to be very clean. The employees are very helpful. The biggest plus they have going for them is the gas pumps outside. Thanks for keeping this store in our area.

If you live in the area and haven't shopped here, I have to applaud your devotion to Wal-Mart. Otherwise, you know what you're getting and what the store is like. It's a comfortable place to shop and usually has everything I'm looking for grocery and alcohol wise. People are good.

Employees are nice. I wish they still offered bread or etc... With points not everyone has a car the point card for gas isn't fair to people that doesn't have a car. Please offer other store products to people that doesn't have a vehicle please.

Bathroom is ALWAYS immaculate, staff super sweet & items are easy to find. Paid my gas bill & got out the door with my groceries in less than 10 minutes:)

I can almost always find what I need there. The store is convenient and close to home. Prices seem somewhat high compared to other stores but I'm happy with the quality of food and I will continue to shop there.

At one time, I only paid $.32 to fill up my SUV gas tank by using the cents-off per gallon I had added up from using my Pricecutter Card.

It’s convenient compared to going to Walmart or Aldi... that’s about it. 9 times out of 10 their produce is garbage. They will leave expired foods on shelves. I usually try to check but when your in a rush you get screwed. Happened to me at least 5 different times, last time being breakfast sausage that was dated sept 1, 2018. I purchased this on November 10th. Are you kidding!! Why would they have something that far out!!!!! UnbelievableIf you don’t have enough time to go to Bridgeport then get minimal stuff here.. if not go elsewhereSorry I’m not one to post bad reviews, but you all screwed me enough times trying to save a few penny’s not getting rid of bad food!

The only reason it's not 5 is because the didn't have chicken tenders or potato wedges. But, I still got what I needed. The cash register lady was very dry not happy at all. I feel like if she's that sad about work stay home.

We were there today...I had my wife and granddaughters with me and your young male cashier was too busy talking to one of the other cashiers to be bothered taking care of customers. While chatting with his coworker he continually used the “f” word. It was so unprofessional and he seemed irritated when my wife brought it to his attention. Just another reason to avoid this store.

They are price galging on everything. I've recently bought food from there that was outdated. And almost every cashier I've encountered has had an attitude. If the cashiers don't like it there, they should find other jobs...instead of taking it out on the customer.

Price Cutter is the old Shop n Save. The store is still the same with the same staff. They HAVE upgraded nicely on items while some things are cheaper and others are the same as Wal-Mart. Overall it is nice place to shop for a small town grocery.
