The first bite or so on my chicken wrap was a little grissly on the first half of my wrap. Into sencond half, 1 bite in, the whole inside of the chicken was black.Called the store, manager will call back.Emailed corporate, no response yet.Re emailed corporate stating that there was vomiting after consumption the night before.Still no response.Store opens soon, waiting on manager to call.Took pics of the 1 bite, in freezer just in case.

Five Star for the employees!!! The minute you walk in you are greeted with a smiley face. Immediately you are recognized and waited on or "We will be right with you." The employees are very friendly and provide you with great service, a beautifully displayed and tasty meal. On days that its way to HOT to want to heat up your own kitchen its the perfect place to retreat. Hot meal or cold milkshake, individual or the whole family. But.... Have you felt how HOT it is in there??? Its miserable! The fryer going, the griddle on, the heat from the warmers... These beautiful, loyal, cheerful employees push on burning up to provide us, the customers with a great experience. Never once shying away from their tasks, complaining or refusing any service because of it being to HOT in the kitchen. We all know how they feel. Why isnt there a better cooling system in place? This is a very popular establishment in our community. A cooler atmosphere would benefit both customers and employees.

I would like to thank T & L for a wonderful case of poisoning, my wife and i picked up hot dogs in Bridgeport. I did not eat mine because it did not taste good, my wife has been sick all night. Thank you. I have been in the food industry for most of my life, I know better than to let her eat them. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)Trusted Source, 48 million people in the United States (or around 1 out of 7) contract some form of food poisoning every year. Of those 48 million people, 128,000 are hospitalized.

Once upon a time. I came down to Shinnston from Brooklyn New York in 2017 to visit. Took a tour and sat at Dave’s. We had a little of this and that which I found really nice. Workers were friendly. The service really good. Sat across a couple of people from Flatbush Brooklyn. Can you believe that !!! Place is on my list next time i visit.

We were there tonight, a Saturday, at 5pm, and the poor girl working was all alone, but she didn't miss a beat or show an ounce of panic when the restaurant was full. We always drive from Mannington just for the pepperoni rolls with sauce and cheese!! Food is always good and staff is always friendly. Definitely worth the drive!!

I come here after getting off of work in Morgantown and live in town for that matter as well and try to buy local and give our community the business but it makes it hard every time I get here around 7 they always make it a big deal like I’m a bother when they don’t close till 8 you can always hear it and see them till there eyes when I order literally just a dozen of hot dog and the fries with it! I come in tonight at 7:20 and they say the grill is already turned off and can’t make anything besides fries and a few other things and the other girl is like what time is it and she said it’s only 7:19 and the face and her heavy breathing says it all and she storms in the back and the other girl has to do it! Like I even asked you guys close at 8 right and she says yes you might as well say this place closes at 7 because they always are not wanting to make stuff around this time and give attitude I don’t know how many times I’ve seen her till her eyes when I come in and order!!

Best Hot Dog place around! This restaurant is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly and actually care about their customers. My girlfriend picked up a take out order while I was recovering from being ill and the next time I was in they asked how my recovery was going. Genuine concern for patrons at this business. Prompt service as well.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! From the decor to the service to the food, everything here is 5 stars. I would give the homemade Ranch dressing 1,000,000 stars if possible. BEST RANCH EVER!!! I love everything on the menu but if I had to choose a top three it would be the West Virginia Hot Dog, Grilled Chicken Salad (with ranch!!) and the fries. Enjoy!

Love the hotdogs best around. Went in 6/20 wearing my mask. Both worker had their masks down under their chin. When I asked if they didn’t have to wear mask while making food I was told as long as they had them on. I said but they are not on. I wore mine to protect them so I would also like to be protected. She went on and on with her mask down. Very upset about nothing being done to protect my food. Will not return until workers are wearing masks correctly

We really enjoy the one in Shinnston. The girls are friendly...we got there a little before closing and they told us to take our time not to hurry. The food was fresh, hot and made exactly how we asked. Good customer service is a big factor in whether or not we return....we will definitely return....thank you ladies for having pride in your jobs.

Leaves much to be desired. Food quality not quite up to par. ie. Fries not very good, dogs poor quality. Worst part is their service. Most servers have a poor attitude. Shinnston store has a handicap entrance but it is on left side of store and simply not adiquate for a wheelchair. Then most of the time they forget to unlock it...

This is one of our gotta stops when ever we are visiting from out of town. We even buy chilli by the gallon and take home to freeze (before Dave took over...not sure if they still do that).While I didn't personally visit, I ate 3 dogs with medium chilli, mustard, onions, and slaw that my wife brought home plus some fries. This was the first time here since they changed from just T&L to Dave's famous. Not sure who Dave is, but it didn't seem like he changed much. The slaw is a little different though. Not bad, just had less dressing on it. Too me that is a person preference, so I can't really complain.The fries are all hand cut and good, but I like mine slightly crisper....again personal preference.So only minor complaint is when you order a dozen, split half medium half mild chilli, it would be nice if they would label the top row medium or heavy. not a big deal as you can see the chilli flakes in the medium.I also appreciate an owner that is engaged online and answers up on reviews. In my opinion out shows they care what's going on and seeks to improve.Of course we will be back next time we visit WV...

Whenever we come home to WV visiting Shinnston's T&L is top on our list. Chili dogs, fries and a shake are our favorites. Love the decor and the dining room is always spotless. Counting the days until we are able to go back!!

Was really excited to hear someone was taking over this place. Love the new look and food. Awesome place for hotdogs and fries at a great price. Will eat here often. Thanks to the new owners for the hard work and bringing this back to Shinnston.

The owner told a disabled Vet whos wheel chair broke down outside his store (and employees gave him an extension cord to charge his chair) , that he had to leave because it was bad for his business for him to be there. The Vet even bought hot dogs and a drink. And then the owner jumped all over the employees for giving him an extension cord. SHAME ON HIM!!! I will NOT eat there again unless its under new management!!

This is our go-to place for local hot dogs. Staff is friendly and helpful, food is tasty, and store is clean.
