Wow, this ice cream was delicious! I love unique flavors, so I tried the lavender honey flavor, made with local honey. It was purple, which was fun! The lavender taste wasn't strong, but I could definitely taste the honey. It was perfectly creamy - a wonderful treat! The interior is small with just one little table and two chairs. It was a little chilly the day we came, so we ate inside. We had our 11 month old with us. She was content to sit in her umbrella stroller and look around while mom and dad ate their ice cream. The interior is cute, and the staff member that we interacted with was very friendly!Kid-friendliness: Just a small space with two chairs and one table. No high chairs or bathroom/changing table, because it's just a little shop. Staff was very friendly towards our baby and other kids than came through!

We are always in search of local ice cream and Rock Hill did not disappoint! It's a small shop with about 10 flavors (I think) available. Luckily they had coffee which is always my first choice. Rock Hill's is definitely one of the best ones I've had - great flavor, creamy, minimal air. Service was friendly and cost was very reasonable. Will be back to try others flavors!

3 people I know, including myself, have gotten sick after eating Rock Hill Creamery ice cream. We tried 2 different flavors and all had the same outcome. I am glad another ice cream shop has come to Shepherdstown. We have eaten at Amy & Alex’s many many times and have never had any issues. The ice cream flavors are phenomenal too!

My family has visited many times. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful every time. Our favorites are the coffee and cream and oatmeal cream pie. I feel that the prices are very affordable for homemade ice cream. We will continue to visit.

Best place to visit with the whole family and friends! The flavor diversity is excellent and everything is homemade. It’s dog friendly and in a convenient spot right next to Pedal and Paddle. The owner is also very knowledgeable and very friendly. Easily the best ice cream place in Jefferson county, and I have been living here my whole life.

Nice little ice cream place. It's small so you'll have to eat outside but there are plenty of spots up and down the main street to sit and eat. I recommend the lavender honey.

We ordered up a couple of waffle cones to end our evening trip into town and we were glad we did. The 3 made in-house ice cream varieties were exploding with flavor and were the perfect sweet treat to cap our evening. Definitely give this place a try!

Stopped in here for the first time today. Very small and easy to miss it, but it's worth making sure you don't! The ice cream is FANTASTIC! I tried the Salted Caramel and Brownie Batter flavors and both were amazing. It's not the cheapest, but it's also not unreasonably priced. If you want premium homemade ice cream you should expect to pay a little more. Believe me, it's worth it!

Traveling through WV when a forest ranger recommended this place, we ran by but the freezers were giving issue. I messaged them we were passing by and they gave us some single scoops for the road and it was the best ice cream I have had on my trip from nc to Maine! Please check this spot out!!!
