After my daughter had an accident, they went above and beyond to help: roadside assistance, towing, adjuster, claims, rental car, super quick turn-a-round... every piece of this ordeal was seamless. I recently worked for an insurance agency and our website was not nearly as informative as this. The website is simple to navigate, even for the first time user. Love that you managed to bring in the family friendly qualities with Sailor, and the "about us" page was informative, sincere, and honest. I would definitely seek your guidance when searching for an insurance agent. In addition, the easy link to make payments is fantastic and the ability to get a secure quote is great for people in a rush who need a quote without able to make an immediate visit to the office.

What a great website! I love that you can get a really broad range of personal and business insurance options, all in one place, laid out in a very user-friendly and welcoming way. The blog posts on timely risk issues (e.g., tips for keeping Christmas trees fresh and not fire kindling during the holidays) bring a personal touch. The staff here are amazing! They are always kind and curteous. I was even allowed in after hours once to hand something in (I can't remember what) and was told that I was allowed to come any time I saw the Jeep parked outside. I've never known an insurance company more personable and homey.

Genuine, Energetic, Reliable, Honest, & Ethical! All of the guides at Tom Maiden's Insurance are great to work with! Best of all, they know insurance inside and out. If you want to have your cake and eat it too (save money AND have great coverage) this is the independent insurance agency & brokerage for you. I was very impressed with the principal agent's credentials. Tom Maiden is an Iraq war veteran, has an MBA from West Virginia University, is a Certified Financial Planner practitioner and Chartered Life Underwriter, teaches insurance part-time at Shepherd University, and writes an insurance topic newpaper column in The Journal (Martinsburg WV newspaper). Best of all, these guys and gals are cool! The call their office "the lodge" and their employees "guides." Their official mascot is a black female English Labrador Retriever named Commander.

There is nothing more satisfying than supporting a locally owned and operated business of any type; You don't have some suit in Hartford judging your claim, you know that your representative has a vested interest in the community and desire to serving it well, and as a military veteran is well deserving of consideration and, once earned, your business and support. Insurance Outfitters is a dream to work with, how often do you hear that about an insurance company? Probably as often as I have ever posted a recommendation of one! And no, Geico certainly isn't evil, but the personal service by Tom and crew blow it out of the water. Live-person prompt, professional and genuinely friendly service, fair and competitive rates, tell-me-like-I'm-five information about options and coverage, and the real satisfaction that comes with finding and supporting a reliable and trustworthy professional "ally" in this increasingly disconnected age.
