Clean stocked shelves and nothing to speak about for customer service. I wasn’t greeted when I entered the door. Shelves are tall and products are stacked high.

Won’t answer their phone!! Daughter bought a carton of milk that has an expiration date Nov 6 22. She bought it Oct 19 22. Milk must have sat outside. Has already curled and spoiled! Very very poor customer service! Will notify the health department asap.

Aug. 2nd visit. Despite signs at the entrance requiring a mask, a store employee was roaming the aisles without a mask, with no attention to distancing. One cashier with a slow checkout line 5 deep. The customer before me had no mask. Not safe, not even trying.

Very kind employees :) I am always nervous in public but they were so kind it made me want to go there more often -- I had only stopped by to get some last-minute stuff for a Halloween party.

So handy and convenient! You can find just about anything here: soda, snacks, canned goods, cleaning products, batteries, gift cards (nice selection--no more than a dollar a card!), paper products, seasonal items, etc. Really glad to have Dollar General close by. 👍

Staff is very helpful!Jeff and Corey go out of their way to be a customer resource and of service!The store space is a little small and cramped! But, the staff keep it clean and make it work! 👍👍👍

Some customers had no masks. Aisles were cluttered and it was hard to get around with cart. Did not have Cleaning supplies I needed.

Unfortunately this store has need new mgmt for so long. It should be closed, completely remodeled and hire a new manager and staff. Dirty, cluttered, and incompetent staff. Would rate a half star if possible.

From the time I walked in the store the employees had an attitude and when I first asked the lady if they had carts she just nodded outside she couldn't even respond with a simple yes I spent maybe 30 minutes shopping looking for presidents upon other things and I had at least two employees passed me during my time shopping getting me dirty looks acting like I would be stealing there was only one person at the cash register when I got in line and I was standing almost at the back of the store there was probably about nine people in front of me the other employee did not come to the register the other register until I got to be the next person in line and even then the store was all the way back to the end

It was okay, some shelves were totally barren while others were in disarray. Staff appeared to be in the middle of restocking but were overrun by customers.

The store was okay but the aisles are too close together. I bought three 2L of soda that was supposed to be three for $3 and I was charged for individual prices.

Thank goodness they have Dollar General in shepherdstown saved me have to drive 20 mins to get emergency items.
