Store isn't in the best shape at keeping things organized or stocked, some employees were gossiping about customers in front of other customers, they have stuff on crates all over the middle of isles for weeks now and you can barely get around the store. I wouldn't recommend unless for convenience. It would be worth the drive to go to the beckley location.

I walked in and asked where would I find the item I needed, the assistant located it off me and then check out. Very quick and very easy.

They constantly close 20 minutes before closing time, like right now it's 9:40pm, doors locked and phones turned off.

Kind of sketchy how this Dollar General has so many reviews. Heck, that's more than Beckley's Department of Motor Vehicles reviews. (Where everyone gets their drivers license) Makes me wonder if there's some weird Shady spring cult stuff going on here. Anyways, this particular store has aisles filled up with boxes ready to be unloaded for months now, making it very hard to maneuver around the store. The blonde lady comes off as very rude and gives off bad energy

Dollar General is a great place to save some money. They carry just about everything that you need in your home. Some of the merchandise is top quality, however, some is just middle of the road. The price says it all.

The Shady Sprinf Dollar General is always a pleasure to visit. Very neat and clean. Employees always speak and so polite. Highly recommend.

The store and employees are fine but the clutter in the aisles are ridiculous! My daughter has fallen 2 times there and been injured both times.

Ay have just been the once I stopped as a passerby but it was crowded with inventory to be put away, although it didn't appear dirty. Pleasant staff 🙂
