This is a really interesting store which was recommended to me. It has a great view of Seneca Rocks from the parking lot and a tower viewer/ coin-operated binocular viewer that costs a quarter. Inside has a great selection of items of which I found a really interesting book about old-style log home cooking. I had a great chat with the lady working there and another gentleman. They have a couple of Gas pumps outside and washroom as well.

Interesting collection of wares, decent selection of beer and all the animal skins you could ever want! Beautiful view out the front door of Seneca Rocks. Great old funky vibe!

A historic but also nice stop in Seneca Rocks. They have a nice selection of various gifts as well as food. Also, it may not be the most obvious but there is a gas pump.

Such a great place to visit. Friendly people and so accommodating in everyway possible. Not to mention Harper's is a landmark for anyone going through the area. Don't miss out by not stopping in when you find yourself in the area.

The store has everything and anything for people and visitors around the area. Clothes, fresh meals to take and go. Lovely place, quite busy and quite quaint

The oldest general store in WV boosts genuine character from the original building Domino affecting down to the staff that goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The store has gas and a little bit of anything and everything you can think of. If you're in the Seneca Rocks area stop in and you will be welcomed by Bo the mascot of Seneca Rocks which is a beautiful collie that has not met a stranger. The owner Mrs. Harper, is full of knowledge from past history all the way to fossils. I always say Pendleton county where the views are priceless, the roads are endless and the people are truly genuine

Neat old general store. They have a little bit of anything and everything you could need during your visit. It's ran but a very nice lady and her great dog (just step over him, he doesn't move fast, lol). I loved the original feel they kept and you can feel the history in the building. Prices are reasonable especially seeing as you don't have to drive 20+ miles to a grocery story. I'll definitely visit it again during our visit.

At the intersection at Seneca Rocks, there is Harper's General Store. It's like walking back into time. I just love the store. The decor is beautiful.There is a nice old fashion wooden porch and when you walk out there is such a beautiful view of Seneca RocksThe store has beer, drinks, souvenirs and food items for snacks, picnics and camping. Magnets, post cards, stickers, books etc

GREAT store that I feel gets overlooked because of the neighboring business. Harper's needs some love too!! ❤️❤️ We stopped to use their restrooms and ended up purchasing a few things. I'm always happy to support local owned businesses. ❤️❤️ They are what keep this country running!
