I’ve went here many time before I moved from the area. I decided to stop by and nothing has changed! It was very familiar feeling going inside they have updated in adding self checkout. They have a nice large selection for a convenient store. I love their ordering kiosks. This has been one of my favorite things to come from them. The wide selection and complete customization leads to a great experience! I ordered the chicken snack wraps. They were good sized and exactly as order perfect! I also got an appetizer sampler of macaroni nuggets, pork wonton, and hot cheese sticks. All items were very good. This location is very clean and has nice bathrooms. They’ve always had the gas grades I need available and I’ve been very happy with my service from them!

If you need anything for your travels they have it. All grades of gasoline, diesel, def, propane, and kerosene. There any soft drink or fountain drink and slushie available. Snacks galore. Food, yep they have that as well. Made easy as well, a screen were you can pick anything from a hotdog and french fries to a cheeseburger and a shake. Plus about any specialty coffee, espresso, and iced coffees. Fast friendly service, fair prices. The only knock I have is the bathroom was a bit messy, not filthy just needed tidied up. They could definitely either add a family room or a changing station in the mens room. Otherwise a nice establishment.

In the Door Dash App, the in app Google Map directions are causing Dashers to pass up our destinations. It will tell us “in a quarter of a mile, turn left onto Great Teays Blvd.” Then it will instruct “turn right onto Great Teays Blvd,” which is the correct turn. When you have multiple lanes & turning lanes, this is causing Dashers to have to safely pass our turn & then find a location, parking lot or street to safely turn in to turn around. This is causing a delay in order pickups & then a delay delivering the order to the customer. This situation with the Google Maps “in app instructions” being coupled with the Dasher App has been going on since at last week. I am having to take time after an order pickup to go into the Waze App to insure I am getting the correct directions. I’ve spoken with other Dashers in the “West Charleston Zone” and they are having the same issues.

They will do anything to keep you from purchasing alcohol. Apparently bringing in my 18 year old son who had an armful of chips and snacks requires that they check his ID. To sell alcohol. To my wife. They tried to card an 18 yo for alcohol she was buying, a single bottle of wine. An 18 yo with an armful of chips. Could someone please explain this to me? I guess I better not ever go in with my 14 yo, they'll probably call the police because parents NEVER buy alcohol EVER. Sheetz is not a liquor store, and you don't card someone's kid for stuff that you are buying. The store supervisor was just rude and smug, I guess that little bit of power is the best she'll get and it must taste so good.

Just like any other Sheetz, it's fast and effective. They have a nice selection of hot food made to order a nice convenience selection. Gas prices are always competitive.

I get my mto coffee here and it seems like a hit or miss everytime I order. It's either perfect or made completely wrong and I don't usually have the time to have it remade. Train your people to know how to make the right coffee this is getting so annoying.

What has happened to Sheetz standards? I remember a couple of years ago they were always spotless inside and out. Stores were fronted/faced, coolers were stocked, clean restrooms. Now, each time we visit it seems the standards slip a little further. Dirty from the curbs to the counter, store is in disarray, and restrooms are absolutely disgusting. You can smell urine before you even walk in. The sales floor looks like it hasn’t been recovered in weeks. The floors at the fountain bar are so sticky I lost my flipflop when I stepped away. It stuck to the floor lol The Speedway across the street is beating this store in every way possible. Curb appeal, interior appearance, cleanliness, even customer service. Step it up, Sheetz!

This place is great. I love that they are open 24/7/365 and that means you can always get food, drinks, candy, snacks, whatever you want or need at any hour on any day. It's just so convenient! The pieces on their food isn't bad and a lot of it is made to order so it's fresh and hot made the way you want it. I don't like that they buckle and some you for side sauces though.

We live 2 miles from this Sheetz. Every time we go in the fountain area is a mess, never enough lids and cups out, nothing is ever wiped down. And the bathrooms are always a mess, I frequent alot of Sheetz in WV, VA, NC, and PA and by far this one is the biggest mess, I'm so shocked that this is allowed to happen knowing Sheetz has higher standards then this. Management please get it together and clean this store up

Staff was friendly enough. Food was pretty good. I did have an issue, though, with 4 fountain drink soda options being out of syrup. Not a huge deal, but after alerting them, it was never taken care of despite being told otherwise and completing my meal. Asked to just get a bottle of soda and was denied. Minor inconvenience, but even the soda I ended up with was pretty flavorless.Also, all four of their coffee 'freshness' lights were flashing. Seems they needed one more person on staff.

This is by far the BEST SHEETS around. They make the very best specialty drinks. Service at this store seems to be just a little better than all the other ones I have ventured into...and believe me, I stop frequently, because my little town doesn't have one. Keep doing what you do so well! Thanks for all the banana smoothies, sometimes with peanut butter, also sometimes with chpcolate!

I hope they enjoyed my food I paid for tonight and eventually just left there because I refused to wait any longer. Three customers in the store, two employees, seems like a customer might get good service. Not so. Only order food here if you have all day to wait for it. This is not actual fast food.

Stop here sometimes on the way back from Yeager airport. Very clean restrooms. Felt safe in the neighborhood. It's close to the interstate, right off the exit. Sheetz coffee is the best! Also try their sugar or garbage cookies! Mmmmm so good!

Nice little gas station chain. I didn't stick around to try the food, but when comparing it to a Speedway or UDF, it wasn't that bad in terms of service and speed.Nice selection of drinks and snacks, healthy and unhealthy options. Checkout was average, but slow at first considering the employee to customer ratio. The response time to the line could have been better.All in all, it was very easy to get in and out of. It is a gas station on a corner after all.

The fried food is good, I love the pickles and the French fries with cheese dip. They forgot my son's chicken tenders one time and ended up going above and beyond to make it up to us by making them fresh and giving me a coupon for a little snack in the future. I come here all the time. The selection of drinks is pretty extensive as well, being the only gas station nearby that carries Waiakea water, my favorite.

Love this Sheetz! Always super clean including the bathrooms. The clerks are super friendly. The gas pumps always have receipt paper. I always stop by here to fuel up on gas and caffeine when I'm in the area.

The cashier tonight, Noah, was nice. However, the crew working in the MTO area in the back were rude. Rude enough for a one star. I cannot understand why they stared at me and even looked to be talking about me, even looked to be talking about me to customers they seemed to know that came in, while staring at me, instead of just kindly letting me know I didn’t pay at the same counter near where I ordered. I learned in an extremely rude way that I wasn’t supposed wait for my number to be called and pay there, but go around to the gas station clerk. Kindness can go a long way. Rudeness can kill a good day.

Sheetz without a doubt is the best gas station chain in America. I will stop at Sheetz over any other chain of gas stations. This one was no different. A clean store, clean bathrooms and well stocked shelves.

I live about a mile away. I’m there frequently I’ve never had any problems with this store. I get in, and out pretty quickly.
