This store is great! It is a hidden gem across from Sheetz. It is the cleanest grocery store, and the clerks are so friendly and kind; very quick to help. It is a great place to purchase produce. Great selection and prices are perfect. Kudos to everyone involved in this great, great place to shop!

Exit 40 Many selections of meat, 3 pk t-bones 10.21... Go around 10am you can get yesterdays meat on sale. I love it there. They could have a better selection of personal hygiene stuff. Please bring back wasabi almonds. ❤Friendly service, clean floor. There are name brands on different specials.

It's a clean little grocery store and I felt sorry for the person who was working the register because they just had a young girl who was working the other register quit and flipped out on the other staff members because she thought she could just come into work and walk around the store with her friends and not work and got confronted and that's when she flipped out. But that's what you get these days because nobody wants to earn their paycheck

Okay products. The manager Mary is so rude and a huge chatterbox. Always on her phone. Can't answer basic questions. I went in for one item and ended up in line for 20 minutes because she was just talking to the lady in front of me who was already checked out. No urgency to people waiting in line. Ridiculous. Need better management.

I used to be a regular customer, i have since noticed a Change in the staffing there. The management has been nothing but rude to me in my few times I have l been there since the change. The new head manager chasity is clearly not a people person. Old manager Beth was way nicer and I enjoyed having her as my cashier. I also would like to point out how I miss seeing the high school cashiers as I always had an exceptional experience with them and they were always so kind. Prices are still good but the staffing is rude and customer service is just not what it used to be. Since my job gave me a promotion I’ll now be shopping at krogers. Due to new staffing I’ve seen at the bad serivce I will not be back. Save a lot just lost a regular customer.

Very nice cashier, but people that shop here are nosey and think they better than. Was checking out and told cashier I had another gallon of milk on bottom so she could ring it up and a jerk old guy behind me came running up sticking his big nose in my business and said hey don't forget the milk on bottom. Cashier spoke up for me and said to him, he told me it was there. People worry about your own stuff stay out of other's business

I love this save a lot location. Staff are always friendly. It is always clean. I love shopping here compared to other large chains. They have same quality and sometimes better selection of groceries.

I stop here at least twice a week. They are usually well stocked considering the way shipping is now. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they have great prices. Wish they had a deli.

A nice surprise. We just moved to West Virginia from Alabama. New to Scott Depot so I thought Id stop in a check out the closest grocery store to my house. I had my doubts as I parked and entered the building. Boy was I wrong. This is quite possibly the most well organized store Ive seen. Its unusual to see shelves so neat and orderly. Back home my wife loved to shop the smaller stores for the quick and family service. I bought a few items and rushed home to tell my wife "I found your new neighborhood grocery"! Btw the way the cashier was polite and pleasant. We will be back. Frequently. If they sold all natural, Milos sweet tea from Alabama, we would never need to go anywhere else.

Spoke with the owner last week, very nice guy. He invited me to his store to shop, after going to St Albans store and finding the shelves empty. I had a real nice shopping experience in the Teays Valley store. The selves we're fully stocked.....Thanks for a great shopping experience.

I used to go to Save a lot to save money. My visit was a complete waste of gas money and time! EVERYTHING WAS DOUBLE WHAT IT USED TO BE!!!!! WON'T B BACK!!!!!!! EVER! Kroger is much closer and now comparable prices!!!

The employee's are always helpful, I am on a first name basis with almost all of them. A good selection and don't let their generic items fool you, they are really tasty. Get the knock off chocolate fudge pop tarts, you won't be disappointed 🖤

Some of the teenagers that work there that are either still in High School or that are fresh out need to learn some serious manors. You don’t throw the customers groceries into the bags and you need to politely greet them and tell them to have a good day instead of rolling your eyes because a customer comes through your line or because someone calls to see what time you close. If you can’t be nice to customers your going to lose them and they won’t come back and they are going to think poorly of you!
