Getting into the lot can be a bit of a squeeze but its got a lovely little interior and great staff, they LOAD their blizzards with ingredients, awesome stuffParking: Few spots and hard entrance/exit but they're working with what they can, very busy town

Wednesday evening went to drive through at 8:40 and waited 5 minutes for no one to answer. Drove up to the windows and could see two girls sitting and using their phones with their backs to the window we were at. For a location that missed prime season of summer, you would think they’d employee people who want them to make some money. We left and won’t return for a while.

Sloppy, runny blizzards. Hamburger buns are dry and hard. Staff is rude and sloppily dressed. They also don’t honor their advertisements- there are MULTIPLE signs and posters plastered all over the side of the building stating blizzards are “served upside down or next one is free”. They served ours regular (again because they were super runny they really had to). My son excitedly told them they didn’t serve it upside down and the server said “yeah we don’t do that here”. Refused to let me speak to manager after I pointed out their numerous signs. I hadn’t been here for a few years due to previous poor service and it was disheartening to see nothing has changed. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the hurricane DQ. Much cleaner, food is way better, and absolutely awesome staff.

They were out of chocolate ice cream but it was almost a closing time. Staff was very friendly. Vanilla Sundae was great. Slushies are good too. Definitely will return to this location for the smiling staff.

To no fault of this Dairy Queen, it's drive thru only right now. However, we were traveling with a travel trailer and could obviously not drive thru. Why I gave this establishment a low rating was because no one had the decency to pick up the phone after multiple attempts so we could explain our situation.

Just had the crispy chicken salad and was incredibly delicious and very fresh. The salad was also a very large serving for the price. Highly recommend as I have paid more than double for the same type of salads at other locations which were smaller servings and less fresh.

I love DQ! Since there isn't one in Logan I stop here when I'm out & craving a blizzard. But my banana split blizzard was like a flavorless milkshake :'( I don't even think it had banana in it! So kinda the worst blizzard I've had...but they were very busy & service was fast & friendly.

Loved the burgers! So good, and way better than McDonald's or wendys. Milkshakes were on point! Pretty impressed. Ill definitely be back.

Ignored at the drive thru speaker. Ignored when I pulled up to the window. They clearly saw me and kept on just kept on cleaning and would occasionally look up to see if I was still there. It was 8:15pm and their open sign was still on. I’m assuming they don’t close until 9 and were trying to clean and get out of there ASAP. Very disappointing when I drove a few miles out of my way home from work because I wanted a blizzard. I got a McFlurry from McDonalds instead. Next time I’ll just stop at McDonalds; it’s cheaper and they still actually serve customers when they are open.

Went there today for the $5 double cheeseburger meal and was charged $6.36. When I asked why the price was different Ethan running the register told me he guessed with tax and stuff. I said no it should be $5.30 and he said the double cheeseburger is more. I told him that the sign says $5 and it should be $5.30. He then asked me what I wanted him to do about it and that I was being rude!! I asked him how I was being rude and he told me I just was!! I went ahead and paid it, took a picture of the menu and left a very unhappy customer. Seriously he shouldn't be working with the public if he has an attitude with the customers when they question their bill. I'll go to Hurricane Dairy Queen from now on.

This is not about the food but the service. Today May 3 I went thru the drive thru and ordered 4 hotdogs with chilli and onions. When I got to the house I opened them and they just had onions on them. I live less than a mile so I took them back. All the girl said it was their fault in a piss poor attitude. They put chilli on them and I left. Napkins removed from bag. Better get some QC training for these young people. I even tipped the girl at the window.

Ordered a plain hot dog small cheese burger a small water 1 hot fudge sundae and 1 peanut butter sundae with 1 small banana.. banana was free! Fast delicious and fantastic employees

Terrible customer service. Dropped our change on the ground and walked away from the window without apologizing or saying another word. Was very rude and unprofessional on the speaker. Got my food and was missing half of it so had to turn around and come back.

Teays Valley DQ is the best. Wish the rest of them would start making their slaw too instead of using that store bought nastiness they pass off as slaw. Been to Nitro, St Albans & Teays Valley in the last 3 weeks and you can really tell the difference.
