I got the #7 chicken BLT and it was good. Too bad for close to $9 there's not much fries included as mentioned in a previous review but I'm not holding that against this particular store at all. It's wonderful this store gives military discounts to veterans, and even though I had a wounded warrior hat on I wasn't asked if I had served and I forgot to mention it until I already paid. The staff was quick n friendly and the store clean. A nice little stop. Thank you.

This place sucks bad. The food sucks the prices are out of control. But what makes these store the worst is they give you nothing for ur money. Not sure of the size so I'll make them up to illustrate. If u get a cookie and cream ice cream you get 2 scoops of cookies. This place only give you 1. On top of that you get less ice cream. And this only happens here at the Salem WV store. All the Queens around give you more. I received a cotton candy blizzard from them and it had just a touch of color just above plain vanilla. There cakes are the same way to. Ordered a cotton candy cake and they put FUDGE in between the layers. Really fudge. 99% of the time I'll travel further to get my DQ but I have kids and sometimes I have to eat the bullet when I'm out and give this rotten store money. My fault yes but I can let them know they rob people every day. Other DQ said the same thing that others come to them over Salem.

This restaurant is over priced they cheat you on food and takes 20 minutes to get your food when you’re the only person in the restaurant.

Website needs updated went at 8:50 for a late pregnancy craving thinking they closed at 10 but doors were already locked and said they closed at 9 (which was still 10 min early) :(

I just ordered a cotton candy blizzard that was literally vanilla ice cream and a few of the cotton candy crunchies. It was white in color. I order the cotton candy blizzards all the time and they are always a light pink in color because of the flavored syrup that is added. It had no flavor so I took it back in and asked the girl at the register. She said she had made it and it did have flavoring in it. I pointed out that it was white and she continued to say that they are only allowed to add a certain amount or they get in trouble. I asked for syrup to add and she was disgusted to tell me that because I had already left the store they couldn’t do that and they had to remake it. She was rude and acted like I was making some crazy request. She did remake it in the end. Also, this is the second time in a row that my husbands royal New York cheesecake blizzard had no cheesecake in it.

Not sure what was going on here it looked like someone came in the restaurant from off the street to ring up their own items and those of their friends. The girl behind the counter was wearing Tshirt shorts and sandals. She obviously wasn't working as she yelled for someone to come wait on us. When she was done she took her items and left.

I must admit even though I think portions are on the small side, especially fries, the food was good and came out pretty fast. Looks like they have better staffing there here lately. Menu seems to have more "meal deals" than normal. All in all really couldn't find anything to complain about. Oh yeah! Tiny bathrooms!

The drive through is a tight fit but the staff is so friendly and I love there food. Always nice and quick service. I wish they checked there blizzard like back home in DC but other than that I love it!!

The service and quality has suffered a lot the last few visits we have had. The staff is more socially involved with one another then they are in helping customers. The hot food was cold I don’t mean Luke warm but actually cold from sitting around. Very disappointed. We spend at least $50 every time we visit and it is a waste.

Despite being a small town dairy queen, the staff are super awesome and always pleasant. They have a very nice patio setup right on the northbend rail trail as well, great for relaxing and having a blizzard on a sunny afternoon!

I waited for a half hour for a chicken basket only for it to be cold. The blizzard was almost completely melted too. I tried to call them after I got home (.2 miles away) and they're also not answering their phones.

This is a small DQ but it was very homey. The customer service was impecable. Very friendly, nice and helpful. Patient without changes to our order and describing what ingredients in food items. I am not a fan of the road that leads to this restaurant. That is not their fault. It was worth the drive. Parking on premises, parking is free. I am not certain that a tractor trailer would be able to maneuver in the parking lot. It is very small parking lot. Handicapped accessible. Clean restaurant. I highly recommend a visit to this DQ.

I've been here at this local Salem Dairy Queen from time to time in my life. This place always made me happy with any ice cream they serve. The the place has recently been remodeled and it looks nice and clean.

Ever since they became a “grill and chill” DQ franchise I am very impressed with their service and food. The hot food is nice and hot. The cold food is made nice and neat. The device is wonderful and the place is nice and clean.

Service is slow, food is overpriced, the drive-through/parking lot is a nightmare, and orders are frequently wrong; I don't think anybody who works here knows the difference between mayonnaise and mustard. The only reason I keep coming back is because Salem is a wasteland and there is nowhere else for many miles around to get ice cream OR fast food. Good luck.

We was in the restaurant and ordered our ice cream..None of the employees were wearing face mask...they were using profane language on the front counter and just goofing off...so about waiting 10 mins for our order we asked for our money back...we will definitely will not be back!!!!!

9 times out of 10 my order is always wrong. Even ordering something that is specifically made with chocolate ice cream will inevitably get made with vanilla. Wouldn't be a big deal if I didnt go there frequently.

Parking is at a priemum . The food is below standards for the price ! The ice cream is even expensive I think . No Wi-Fi can't blame them there to many junkies in the town ! NO HANDICAPED ENTRANCE verry small sidewalk in front of the building . EXTREMLY TIGHT DRIVE THROUGH !!!

Dairy Queen Grill is a convenient fast food place, kept clean, counter staff properly trained, no waiting time to receive the order,the dairy ice cream is delicious, they have a variety of products to entertain different flavors.The fruit smoothies are refreshing and the food is good.There is plenty parking and a ramp.You can eat inside or outside of the building because they have proper tables and chairs.Or, you can choose to preorder and drive in to pick up.

Just left the drive thru and oir food was not fresh by far! Our fries and our burgers were barley luke warm. I don't reccomend this place at all for it was all a waste of money! Trashed it all...
