Two times in the last week I’ve stopped to get gas and the pumps have ran super super slow. I personally think this store needs pump maintenance done. My husband told the cashier that the pumps wasn’t working properly and was basically told it’s the nature of the beast and it’s just too cold for them to work properly or maybe he didn’t know how to use them! Beyond frustrated. I had to stop the pump at $3.00 because it was running slow and had to go to a different gas station and swipe my card again to get gas! By the way I had no issues at the Rich Oil!

My bf and I go walking every night and we make a pit stop here. Oh by the way the 2 employees that we encounter at night are very sweet and friendly. One is a female curly blonde tresses Kiki and glasses and the other one is male who wears a Kobe Bryant sweater. We love seeing them

I stop here several times times a month to get gas and some other things and that, such and such. 7 Eleven here in Salem, WV is pretty reasonable, this 7 Eleven also sales BP gasoline, BP gasoline gets the best gas mpg. Though the only thing that could be better is the restrooms could be cleaner, but I also know that it's hard work to keep the restrooms up and clean, thanks to the messy customers who don't care about the employees or other customers. Otherwise, I like this convenient store.

Had an issue with the 7-11 app, and the cashier made me aware that my app was not, for a change, uploading my points. This app usually works ok for me.Everyone was very nice and when I told them it wasn't uploading, Melinda got the manager who came out and spent several minutes trying to get the app to upload the current points. Didn't upload at that time, but it DID do it tonight, and it was comforting to know that the register had a current, ACCURATE total. I'm on a fixed oncome, so I find the rewards app to be handy. (Nice to have a free cup of coffee or pop now and then.) :-)

Just passing thru your employee stunk so bad it was unbearable. Several very unclean customers in and out with back packs going in and out of restroom and hanging outside, Honestly was somewhat uneasy being in there.
