I bought a Troy Built riding mower that stopped working halfway through the second mowing season. I bought the 2 year service plan but since I am rural I have to tow it an hour away and they can’t guarantee the plan will pay for it. So I have a $2700 one and a half year old mower that won’t start. It’s basically a toy mower. Don’t waste your time or money.

Love TS. Great selection of leader hoses I needed for my garden. Staff was pleasant & helpful. My pup, Murphy enjoyed the extra attention he was given by staff & customers alike!

Management still needs to step up and manage staff more. Shelves are usually empty, most important items are out of stock, store is dirty, restrooms stink, and some of the employees have a attitude if they have to do anything. I'm still very disappointed with this store and would love to corporate do something asap with this store.

This place is absolute trash. Please save your time and money, and don’t shop here. I’ve personally seen a woman try on a pair of boots and when she stuck her foot in, she started screaming because 8 baby rats were nesting in them. Employees there racial profile and judge people on appearance, always thinking someone is out to steal. Their merchandise is always garbage, sell broken merchandise, and the store itself is so nasty. Fantastic as always. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly. I never have to look very far for what I am in there to buy. They alone carry the brand of food that my dog prefers, and they do so at a wonderful price.

Friendly employees. Always have what I'm there to purchase. I recieve great savings coupons frequently through email from the store and I usually end up saving even more once I get to the store with some deal or coupon given at register. I can buy several items here saving me from having to shop other places. Coats, boots, and gloves are used a lot in our family so this is our go to place for those supplies along with our animals supplies. Really enjoy visiting this location.

Only place around I can get supplies for my goats but you never get good service and they lost my id when getting propane and it took 3 months to get them to say they would replace it and that was 6 months ago, still no id from them so I paid another $25 on my own to get it replaced. Needless to say I won't go back for propane again I'll pay a couple of cents more somewhere else.

Exactly the experience we expected as far as products, service, and process, but also dog-friendly (as of the last time we went.) We bought a couple of quality slip leads to use regularly at Greenbrier Humane Society.

This store is always cleaner and more organized than any other TSC I have been to. The staff is much friendlier and genuinely helpful here too. I like this store and shop here often.

Their puppy and dog vaccines are complete junk!!!!! I did the puppy vaccines and booster for my dog, which is supposed to include parvo virus. My fur baby just diagnosed with it! Do better TS!!!!

Zero customer skills. Lost a receipt to a held item and would not let me pick up item even though it was paid with a credit card and my name was on item. I will have to call credit card company and report fraud!

Really love this store. Went in expecting to spend $200 to $250 on farm supplies and new boots for my ol man. Left only spending $120 and still got everything we needed.

I don't know what to say besides this place is a typical Tractor Supply. Some prices are good and some a pricey depending on what you're looking for. Overall it's a good place to shop.

I love this Tractor Supply. I buy Ecolox for my pond there. Ecolox is the best product I have found for pond algae. It is the best for the environment too. I got a 100% leather saddlebag for just $69!!Love it.

Store personnel didn't know whether they was coming or going ask about different things and at check out the guy told me he didn't know I'm waiting at the back place to pick up some stuff and had to come in the store three times in order to get it so yeah two Stars are plenty
