Best customer service anyone could ask for. You are always greeted when walking in the door. Anytime I have ever needed assistance with anything the employees have went way above expectations to help. Not only have they been wonderful with in store assistance, but when my car battery died in the parking lot, the wonderful ladies up front took it upon themselves to make sure they found someone to help me and the wonderful gentleman that got my car started used his own personal equipment to help with a smile on his face. Stopping here for anything is always a pleasure.

Went in yesterday (Monday June 13th) just before closing to try and find a Generator Cord and the two cashiers blew me away with how helpful they were. Young lady cashier was the most guest-service oriented helper I have ever come across, she deserves a raise or promotion. So refreshing to be helped by people who truly seem to care about their customers.

I would rate it higher but its always a hassle to get the things we need. I understand that some things sell out quickly, or that they move at a higher volume than expected but I worked retail for 10 years at a chain much larger than TSC and had no problem keeping up. Your manager needs to learn how to order items for special order and to keep instock up. Its ridiculous to me that I have to go outside and wait for someone to load me a 5 gallon bucket of hydraulic fluid when there is clearly a place marked on the mod for it. This wastes my time and the stores time. Do better.

Received the best customer service ever from this mornings employees at Romney wv store. Most times service is good but today they outdid themselves. Thsnks will always be my first stop.

I have changed my review and star rating from 5 to 1.Since the change over of new management, the store has been in shambles. The in-stocks, well, they aren't in stock. The good staff members have drifted (or have been forced) away and the store now looks like the typical Tractor Supply - trashed, dirty and out of stock.No longer will I go out of my way to come to the Romney store. I have become so disappointed with the Company. I mostly shop at competitors who seem to want my business. This particular store used to stand out, but not since they replaced the manager who opened this store.SHAME ON YOU TRACTOR SUPPLY!!!

11-2019 Best deals on bulk dog food.12-6-20 had a freak issue with how much dog food I paid for and how much I actually got. Talked to Clarise on Sunday (day of purchase) went back in Monday and she was working and resolved it for me without issue. On the phone and in person, Clarise was 100% professional. I appreciate the customer service.

Customers for years always happy .But the Romney WV store needs help with customer service. Just had shoulder surgery and saw sale on truck box couldn't pass up.Asked cashier for help and called over pa.Big guy talking to and kissing girlfriend for 10 minutes, made eye contact and ignored me .Loaded truck box with my left arm.Passed other Male help on way out ,he was doing nothing too .Hey T.S. teach proper customer service...

The best place to shop in Hampshire County WV! Whether you are shopping for yourself, your best friend, or beloved pet; they are a one stop shop.. & still you always walk away with something a little extra. Especially around the holidays! During this time TS has a huge variety of home decor, candles & warmers, toys, etc; at prices that you would never find elsewhere. I visit this location on a regular basis. Each & every time you enter the store you are greeted by an employee with a warm & cheerful greeting. This TS has always had amazing customer service. I have a 60lb Pit Bull & a 210lb Mastiff. My dogs have always been greeted warmly, I am asked about them & they are showered with attention. My dogs love visiting:) I absolutely recommend the TS 4Health dog food. If you have never tried it, they will give you a small 5lb bag for your dog to try for free!! I use the Pet Wash Station they have at least once a month. Everything you need is supplied; a ramp into the metal tub, you then latch to their collar, wash, shampoo, towels, blow dry, brush, nail clippers, etc. All for $9.99! While I’m here I always have to take a peek at their clothing, jewelry & clearance. I always plan a trip to come back without the pets so I can shop more of what TS has to offer! On the way out, one of TS’s awesome employees always gives my dogs a treat. This is the type of place that you get to know everyone by name - Carol (Store Manager) & Dillon (Assistant Store Manager) - You’ve shaped this store into what it is.. keep it up!!

The manager at the Romney store doesn't know the meaning of customer service... Confirmed by other customers as well as other TS managers that know her. I only shop this store when I don't have time to drive to Winchester. Now there is a good TS store... Manager...and staff.

Exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the staff & they helped me find what I was looking for. The shelves are stocked well. I love that I can come here on my lunch break. Christmas shopping was a breeze here.

Nice farm store good place for lawn mower belts and parts. Farming supplys and livestock foods and meds. Has some plumbing supply also has plants and mulch. Pet supplys and live poultry and ducklings. Also country style clothing and boots. Staff are friendly and helpfull no wait in line.

1 dog and 1 puppy (1st time bath) got GOOD baths today. Awesome staff made sure we had enough supplies (towels). Dog cookies on the way in and out.

I have rated this before with a higher rating. I am disappointed that a company with the name "Tractor Supply " does not have customary and standard tractor maintenance parts e.g. oil filters, air filters, etc. I recall the day when when these stores were "Central Tractor" and offered a very large selection of tractor parts.
