We called the pharmacy to ask about getting a Covid test. They asked what kind of insurance I have, so I told them. They told me the test would be free and to come on up. After we drove more than 20 miles and waited in line, they said I would have to pay $69.99.If they can't correctly answer a simple question like that, how are they smart enough to deal with medications??? Completely inept pharmacy staff that I would never allow to dispense medications to anyone.

I used to be okay with romney CVS. But now the pharmacy closes for lunch rather than taking shifts and for some people, this the only time they can make it. And when the elec went out in the town, and then came back on !! they stayed closed and my toddler desperately needed her meds for rsv and covid. No, they couldn't be transferred to a different pharmacy, we tried. They had to be picked up in another town at a diff cvs an hour away. Years ago, the pharmacy never closed during normal business hours. New management took over and everything went to sht. Now, you never know if they'll be open or closed. Very disappointing and I think we'll be switching to Walgreens.

This the only place that close for lunch. There are more than one person in pharmacy they can take lunch for turns. It is the second weekend I can’t pick up my meds. This pharmacist need to understand that their job is sensitive and some medication for some ppl are indispensable even more than a lunch.

Love the people at this store!! The pharmacists are always helpful, and try to be quick... Erin is my fav.... she is relatable, courteous, and always super friendly!! All the girls back there are also nice and friendly.... plus the people who work up front always speak to me when I walk in....very good neighborhood pharmacy....

pharmacist refused to fill the prescription my doctor called in and just because im relatively new her. i was told " im not filling this prescription because I don't know you ill have to speak to the doctor so my doctor called her and verified it and she still would not fill it i was told that " i need to investigate this further and its 8 o'clock at night " to wich i replied that the store didnt close till 9 so that would have given her a whole hour to investigate whatever the hell it eas she needed to investigate. this prescription was called in by a licensed doctor then verified again via telephone by the same licensed dr. i was spoken to and treated like a pill seeking drug addict. i will never use cvs again anywhere and ill definitely be reporting her to her supervisors. i felt like a number not a name and was treated as such. very poor customer service very poor attitude to the brink of being down right nasty. my dr. ecmven told me go to another pharmacy. he also stated in his 35 years as a doctor, he never encountered a pharmacist who was that disgruntled. so i will take my business elswhere

Everyone here is always extremely rude, whether it's the front of the store, the pharmacy, or when I call. I called today and they answered and put me on hold, without letting me know, no biggie. But then she answers and says 'hello' very rudely. I stopped shopping at CVS months ago because of this store.

Drove all the way out just to print 2 simple items. The website said this store has the ability. I made sure they were pdf format like the site said supposed to be .99 for a simple color copy but they do not have the ability to do this apparently afyer 45min or attempting with no success. Should have drove out to Wal-Mart and back would have been quicker.
