We've tried many Burger King locations in the US, and we are now accustomed to being disappointed, EXCEPT HERE! Good food, friendly staff, and clean restrooms. The big shots at command central should use this location as a model for other franchisees!

I ordered Burger King Fiery nuggets, which according to BK are seasoned with cayenne pepper, birds eye chili and black pepper, in an "irrestible spicy glaze", buffalo style. Well, the glaze seems to have been mostly oil (it soaked through the paper envelope) and the rest of the glaze was gritty. Really it tastes like popcorn butter with granulated garlic and cayenne pepper. A 'never again,' and I normally love hot stuff. I finished the meal and swerved to avoid the woman in management-style clothing spraying the landscaping quite heavily with roundup. You know, while customers were driving in and out during the height of the dinner rush. All in all, that's one less place in Romney to eat.

I don't know what it is about Mayonnaise that you all seem to be obsessed with, but the last 4 times I've come for a whopper the ENTIRE top bun was FILLED with an unnecessary amount of it, with barely ANY lettuce at all. Not to mention the pickles ALWAYS being in one cluster on the end of the burger, and same with the tomatoes. Its made 4 of my meals taste bitter and disgusting and not worthy to eat. A DAB will do. Its NOT hard at all to neatly make a CUSTOMER QUALITY sandwich, nor is it very time consuming. Isnt hard to make a decent sandwich, but it IS to manage to mess up over 4 of them.Thanks

The food is good and the restaurant is kept clean but they constantly forget parts of orderse. This is especially true for request like sauce for nuggets, meal deals, and no ice in drinks. Some workers will also do things out of spite like if corrected. For instance I ordered a drink with no ice but was given a drink with ice so I asked for one with out ice since it was what I ordered. When I received my new drink it was only about 3/4 of the way full and was given a look through through the window by the person who filled my cup.

Extremely rude!! Went through drive thru the person taking our ready had no idea what she was doing. We asked what diet drink they had and she was like whatever you want. Then we asked for a large drink they gave us all small. Asked for a large onion ring with our meal and they didn't even put it in the bag. As we were walking in to ask for it we spoke to an employee outside and she was like you need to go inside with an attitude. Not to mention we spent almost 55 bucks there. If you don't want to work at a fast food restaurant then find somewhere else or be nice!! I would recommend this BK to anyone.

Chicken king deluxe. Biggest crispy chicken breast ever. My only suggestion more condiments. Bun smaller than chicken. I didn't mind. Luckily already got sauce for my bites. I loved it! I'm full for sure. Fast service

Always have had good service here. Food is as good as any other Burger King, orders are done correctly from my experience anyway. The thing I was disappointed with was the new pulled pork sandwich. Not enough meat and the BBQ sauce was kinda sweet for me. Haven't had the taco yet but I will. Stick with Whoppers BK. You are good at that...

I have not eaten at Burger King in awhile and thought it would be a treat but was I wrong...I got tater tots and a sausage and egg croissant, I had more egg in my cavity then what was on the croissant. The tater tots was cold. The cheese on the croissant seem like it was as old as 3 or 4 days.Now I know why I don't need a Burger King. Can't get it your way when it's all slopped together

The new burger king sandwiches is one of the best I've had hands down. Apparently the chicken fillet was not properly uniform as it was slightly bent inside the pan. But that didn't matter, it still felt tasty and crunchy.

Rude employees. We stopped to get dinner and after we started ordering she told us they only had diet drinks no regular soda or sweet tea. Everytime we go something is wrong. They didnt want to give us ranch because we didnt order nuggets. When we had ordered 2 10 pieces. Dont recommend.

My friend and I stopped here for lunch today (8/30). The food was great, but the service was lacking. We didn't get napkins, straws or condiments. The last handing the food out was not very friendly either.

It's a burger king. Most burger kings are the same. Greasy food with an insane amount of fat and salt. Good place to go if you want to get fat.I do not like this burger King simply because every time I go, I get the same rude person at the drive thru.I do not recommend this burger King because of the staff not showing even a modicum of respect to its customers.

I wish over and over, that the food would taste as it did, even a few years ago.. but sadly, if they even get your order correct*, it's a stale bun, hard piece of meat, "and ketchup, mustard, well that's a little joke, for a less than penny size squirt of either is not cutting the mustard " as they say... last time I attempted to eat here, I thought I'd try the onion rings, they'd have to be fresh, right? ..well, no, I they tasted like they had been cooked hours,( days ) earlier, so I've decided to not attempt again, especially since the time before that.. within 30 minutes, I was sick with my stomach, & no I say this not to belittle this establishment, but truth is truth ... perhaps if you eat when its lunch time, and cars are lined up, you may get lucky and get a hot sandwich, fries, but I won't take that chance anymore... I'm sure that there is still good Burger King establishments, but the one on the Outer Banks isn't one at this time, so go forewarned, and good luck to you. I did attempt last summer to report this to anyone in charge "??? But there was no response, guess my patronage and money wasn't worth it. So, I will not be one of them to attempt again.

I believe they have the best tasting burgers - period. It's my opinion but it's an opinion developed over many years and many sandwiches eaten. Berger King Burgers THE BEST!

Fast, convenient food at a recently remodeled Burger King. Always good, well prepared food. Sometimes they are cleaning machines in the morning and some items on menu may not be available. 😟

The burger king in romney is the worst.The food is cold and the fries had no salt on them.The buns are cold and stale.Now the burger king in Morefield is r eallygood.When we go in there the food is always hot and fresh.
