Love this place. The veternarians are very nice, knowledgeable, and explain things so they're easy to understand. They have extended evening hours for those who work late. I can call in refills for medicine and its always ready the same day.Parking lot was is mess when it rains though.

Well what a change when using them since 2018 . I travel for work so I am gone a lot but when I come back they where my go to vet . I thought the world of them until today .. receptionist was very rude. I expressed my concerns with my senior dog that is almost 14 years old, throwing up and blood coming When he pooped and they couldn’t get me in until February the first . Ask if they had a cancellation phone call back to get in Sooner and they said it was up to me to call every morning to see if they had one . What has happened to this vet that I love so much Won’t ever be going back. I will change to Jackson vet clinic. Wanted to give them a zero star but had to Give them one.

My 2 fur babies were under their care for several years. My 1st one passed because of health issues but my last one who I rescued started having mouth issues pulled top teeth out and then then was told he needed bottom out but he had had ulcers on gums to long story short after antibiotics and steroids of 6 months I asked for stronger meds and to to check out, nothing I took to a hospital and his tissue was all gone to his jaw bone and you can't fix that so you know the end result. Charlie our Yorkie is having seizures. He’s vet had past away. The closes Vet I could get that day, that was taking new patients was Ripley Paws. I took him there and seen Jessica. She came in and seen us. Took him back and did blood work. Gave med for seizures and said he has Lyme. Charlie’s stomach started swelling a lot. I called back to ask about it and if meds could cause it. Talked to girl at the desk. She was very nice! She took Down my concerns and that it’s scary the way he is swollen like that. She went back and talk to Jessica. She came back to the phone and said “Jessica said it’s nothing to worry about”. I said really, a swollen extended stomach is nothing to worry about ? And she doesn’t want to see him? She said no. I ended up taking him to a emergency hospital out of town. He is very sick little boy. A Swollen, or Extended stomach is something to worry about !!! I will not be back !

Over the course of several years the care our dogs received was good. However when one of them was suffering from a severe health crisis they could not be bothered to return calls. After several experiences like this over a couple days we contacted another vet. They made time for her right away and did everything they could to help, including expressing legitimate empathy. Unfortunately she didn't make it. Having to deal with this was hard enough but to have the vet she had been going to ignore us made it worse.

My boyfriend had brought our cat here and he said nothing but good things. I took my dog here today to get neutered. Check in was fine in the morning. I picked him up in between the pick up times I was told at check in. Come home and the iv needle was left in my dogs arm. He is already nervous with new people and going to the vet. Receptionist acted like sending a dog home with the iv needle still in his arm was no big deal. The lady that took him back couldn’t give me and answer on how this happened! I’ve put in a lot of training for him to be ok with new people! He just got his CGC last weekend, but this incident has completely undone months of training. And I still don’t have an reason as to how this happened! I will not be coming back and our cat will be switching vets. If your animal is coming for surgery be sure to check that they actually took the iv needle out before leaving.

I'm glad I chose to bring my pooch into Ripley Paws for his surgery, as they provided prompt, friendly, excellent service. We were in for an appointment the very next day that I called, prices for services rendered were more than fair, and the attention we received was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend that you bring your pets to them for anything and everything!
