So I've been ill and late this evening felt like I could eat something. Daughter-in-law hadn't eaten either because she was working, so after work she went here and ordered 2 big macs and 2 fries. Gets all the way home to Kenna and only ONE meat pattie on each burger, ONE, how do you screw that up? And also, the meat was 1/4 in wider than the damn** pickle..really? I haven't been there in nearly 2 years because quality has changed and I certainly won't go back here EVER

The atmosphere is nice after the remodel. They have 2 self order computers, I recommend using those if you're in a rush. The staff don't come to you if you need something, you'll have to flag them down. They're mostly friendly. The food is basic McDonald's food, you get what you pay for. If the fries aren't salty enough or if they're cold, they'll just take them back and dip them again, not give new ones(my personal experience). A bit unsanitary really. It's a nice place to stop if you want a quick bite to eat, but don't expect ice cream as it's almost always "broken". The soda was low on carbonation this time. The sweet tea is very good, if you don't like alot of sugar I recommend doing half sweet, half unsweetened. There is a loves truck stop and a Chester's chicken place attached to this McDonald's. There's two other gas stations I would choose before this one in the area if I'm only getting gas. The bathrooms are normally clean, although the last time they did stink pretty bad. There's a small computer on the wall where you can rate the cleanliness of the bathroom, so that's cool. Overall is okay, not the best, not the worst, with occasional mess ups.Parking: If you include all the parking, like beside loves as well, there's plenty, but on a rush it may be hard to find a spot, and because of how the drive through is set up I've seen people get stuck a few times.Kid-friendliness: They have happy meals with toys, and different options to sub in for kids, like apple slices, and milk or apple juice. Although the apple slices have sometimes gone bad.Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah, it's wheelchair accessible

On a road trip and needing a pit stop with a quick bite to eat we landed here.The place was clean inside/outside and restrooms. Ordering was fast and friendly the food came out in a fair amount of time,it was hot and very good ,the Qtr pounder W/cheese was as good as most fast food joints dish up and the world famous fries were perfect,nice job Mickey Dee's.

The food is here is hot or miss. Sometimes their nuggets/fries will taste like that fried them 4 times before putting them in a bag. Other times, it’ll all be super fresh. The employees do NOT like to give drink carriers. Also, no matter how many packets of sauces you put that you’d like on their app, it’s always hit or miss as to what quantity you get or if you even get them at all. The McDonald’s in Ripley is a much better overall experience.

This McDonald's has issues with service. Try to use the app for their deals and discounts and the gal behind the counter couldn't make it work. We ordered our double cheeseburgers plain and they didn't come out right. My wife had a free fry on the app it said free fry right on it and she wouldn't give it to us. The burgers were still good but we shouldn't have to stand there and argue about stuff on the app that they want us to use.

Absolutely horrible service!Stood there for 17 minutes after making eye contact with 3 separate employees waiting to place an order. Another gentleman walks in and stands there for 5 mins and the girl comes to the front and tells him no more lunch,breakfast only. He tells her I was first to which I replied I have been standing here over 15 minutes. She shrugs her shoulder, rolls her eyes and then says she will be with me in a minute. Way to treat a truck driver that's just trying to grab something real quick. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to.

The lady working the drive thru window was by far the rudest worker I've encountered at any type of restaurant. My husband was the one driving and he has a nervous stutter and it takes him a minute to get his words out sometimes. The girl working the drive thru didn't know what was in our order. She asked my husband, and he was trying to get the words out when she turned away and yelled to the other workers "what was in the mobile order because he doesn't know what he ordered" I was beyond furious at her sparky attitude to even be able to process how she was speaking and looking at us. I offered her the receipt and she said no and rolled her eyes. I'm not sure what is up with fast food restaurants in particular but this type of attitude is becoming the norm.Also, on a less important note, the sweet tea tasted disgusting. It was bitter but barely any flavor.

Super convenient no-contact ordering kiosks. Always clean. This McDonald's at Love's is the only place my family stops to eat at on our regular long trips.

Tired of getting raw French fries and missing half my order. Fries are always half raw, not even lightly golden it’s really gross. The order screen total never is accurate it’s always 3-5 less than what we end up paying.I’m tired of getting home and 3-7.00 worth of my order isn’t there. That really has started to add up overtime. I’m literally paying for nothing. It’s unreal I really try not to complain but if you can’t manage these small bursts of 5-6 cars in the drive through you’ve got a problem. I’ve yet to have a correct order in almost a year now.Staff is friendly enough but can’t fulfill an order. My orders aren’t huge or complicated literally just need it put in the bag!!

Lately with all these young kids working they have been putting so much salt on the fries at the one in Fairplain and Ripley!!! Not sure if the person just really likes a lot of salt on their French fries or each person that walks by the fries dumps salt on them!!! My son just turned 5 and he's autistic well he loves McDonald's french fries but he wouldn't even eat them and that's pretty bad when a five-year-old won't even eat the fries. And it's just an avid once it's been a lot here lately!!

Probably ok if you are in a car because they prioritize the drive thru…….at a truck stop. They don’t care whatsoever at all about the truck drivers in the lobby. Ridiculous.

Food seemed to be cooked when ordered ,suing fresh and hot. My big complaint is the truck stop prices. Above normal ,they have an overwhelming amount of business why gouge the pockets of the people who stop there?

Common since don't exist here so good luck. I ordered a double bacon quarter meal but with only mayo lettuce and extra cheese and these brainiacs figured I also didn't want the bacon that I paid extra to have. I mean I know it's not a job requiring the most skilled worker but come on if you don't have common since your doomed.
