We always use Loves as our "go to" gas station while traveling. This location has great customer service but the coffee area is not well stocked, out of creamer and quite dirty. The male working the counter left chemicals/ cleaning agents in coffee area where customers and namely small children could get ahold of them. The lady cleaning the bathroom was very nice and washed her hands in between each task. The bathroom was very clean.

Extremely clean. Restrooms were spotless and the store was stocked, bright and spotless. The hotdogs we got were super fresh and the employees were really nice too.

I’ve been traveling for 30 years. How did I not know that Loves has the best restrooms? You even get full walls for the stalls! Lots of food and drink options too.

This was an awesome gas station. This place had it all. Clean bathrooms, showers, gas, food (lots of fresh fruit) souvenirs, and especially they had everyday essentials. The bonus was the dog park for people traveling with their pets. This was a fun stop and good place to stretch your legs and look around.

Trucker here, the shower is very clean but the towels stink. So bring your own. Store is organized. Nice, friendly staff.

Okay best loves I've been to in a while best one in a 200 miles radius. Staff was awesome. Helpful, friendly, they get 8 stars for the service provided. Super clean awesome McDonald's setup. Parking is small n hard to get. But drivers like this place. Samantha was the best at chesters chicken she need a rai$e asap. They changed the channels for you no loves does that. None always fox news. The one beautiful miss i didnt ask cause I was trying to keep cool was a wonder. Gorgeous! No amazing..... Okay I said it. Cool little smoke spots all over, make you feel really welcomed here will come again. And again.. Kentucky can take some lessons from this type of service. Boom!!

Super nice and clean. Great restrooms. Gas station area big enough to easily pull my travel trailer through. Plus it has a Chester's and a McDonald's.LOVES will be a stop from now on!!

Not sure how this location has a 4.2 rating because the staff has no idea what they are doing. They are rude and act like it's a inconvenience for you to need to be checked out

The bathroom is the cleanest bathroom of any Loves I have been to. Props to that guy that keeps cleaning it. 3 stars is because of the Chester's, you know when you get your mouth and stomach set on something and they were nice enough to make it. The place is filled with great people,must be a nice people town....Back to my issue,the cashier kept eating on the line. I'm like ma'am, just go in the back and get filled up and wash your hands and come back,but I don't know if that would help,because she kept locking her fingers to open backs and place food into them.I will bump it to 4 stars because of the shop,I had forgotten the great folks that work there,they were so helpful,got me in and out,just great people. So they would have 5 stars if they help out that very nice cashier with the hygienic issues

Decent quick stop for snacks and refreshments and to fuel up. Theres a Mcdonalds and a chicken spot inside. Lets just say the chicken spot did not look to appetizing. The bathrooms were pretty gross, but its a truck stop "gas station" and semi drivers have no sense of hygiene. So you get what you would expect from a place that truck drivers frequent. With that being said it has everything you need to get back on the road and to your destination.

Cleaner than a most loves. No problems and the McDonald’s has been hot and fresh anytime I’ve been. Plus they have a dog park so they can stretch their legs.

Manager for whoever thought I was stealing bracelets and I thought I had put them in my pocket but I had them in my hand holding my phone I like that she's doing her job and protecting her job I don't know if it's because I take a certain medicine for ADHD I think the store is being refurbished but overall good experience

i love going love’/s and this time i forgot my card at home accidentally so i asked my dad for his card so i can have.shower this lady at counter said no sir i cant let you have shower unless you have your card to verify its yours like does it matter as long as i am paying for it …have some respect for truckers

Still doing a lot of construction work on this gas station McDonald's and Chester's chicken restaurants. Little hectic in the parking lot. Bathrooms were really clean though.

I have always loved the loves travel stop and I yearly ever stop anywhere else when traveling . That being seid when I was headed home from seeing my bonuses kids with my boyfriend we stoped in ripply for gas and I left my phone sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser after changing we realized it the next day when we were already home and when I called they were so helpful and were able to send me back my phone and I am so greatful Mr.Hatfield and Ms.Workman I appreciate your help with everything. It completely saved me bc I had no idea how I was going to make it the store to come get it you guys are live savers.

i always stop here on my way to ohio. its always got clean restrooms, nice staff, good prices on snacks. they also have a nice little dog run area, a McDonald's, and a Chester's Chicken.

Brad (only name I can remember seeing) and the team in the shop are phenomenal. I've been here twice in the last month for tire issues and they're fast, efficient, competent and truly concerned for us driver's safety. Would give 10 stars if I could!! Keep it up fellas!

Has unique gifts to purchase for any kind of celebration. Prices are reasonable. They have good food from 3 to 4 different places. Store and bathrooms kept clean. Just a fun place to stop and rest, enjoy yourself while traveling. Kids love it especially the unique toys and gifts.

Have stopped here a few times now traveling through the area. Facility is always clean and gas prices are decent, nothing fantastic. They're well stocked and it's pretty easy to get in and out of with easy access on/off the interstate. If you're looking for a place to stop, this would be a good choice.

Love Love's...It's nice and clean employees are the best. I use to stop here when I was driving a 18 wheeler. The showers are clean, water was always hot. I'm no longer driving a truck, but fuel here in my car whenever I'm in the area.

Parking here is decent, tends to fill up fast though. Staff if always friendly and very courteous. Only problem ever had here is the bump coming in on the truck driver side, just take it slow and you won't get thrown about.
