This store has an unusual policy, if something does not have a tag on it (fell off, etc) you absolutely cannot purchase it. They take it and put it behind the counter for someone to price it the next day and put it back on the floor. I can understand to an extent, but its just bad business to refuse to sell something that was on the sale floor after bringing it up to purchase. They refuse to even hold it for you til the next day, you just can't get any items with no tag.All other Goodwill stores in the area I've been to will still let you buy things with no tag.

Working here review:When I first started working here it was great lots of friendly co-workers and the manager was understanding when we couldn't get enough clothes out because of the lack in clothing. Once everyone heard our manager was leaving all the friendly co-workers started to leave especially once Kathy arrived I've heard nothing but bad things from staff I once worked with so I highly don't recommend working here as it was once a great place to work where we could just do our job and listen to music in the back area. It's sad when over 50% of the staff you once worked with decide to quit I'm just glad I'm not their to witness it all lol the few,the lucky haha

My friend and I went there yesterday. We found some good deals but one of the cashiers was so rude and disrespectful towards the customers. She refused to help the other cashier even though she asked her several times and pointed out that people were waiting. She finally moseyed on over and took her time checking me out. My friend finally went to the other line that had 6-7 people on it, and still got checked out before me.

I drive from another town to shop here and I enjoy it so much friendly staff and prices are good for all sizes and in very clean state. I find a lot of things my towns store never has . I do however wish it would all go back to letting us know where different sizes are I'm in a wheelchair and have to go in every isle to find plus size clothes I wish it would go back to before in all stores . .

I purchased a new mattress at Goodwill because my old mattress was causing a lot of pain in my back and whole body but within a week of sleeping on the new mattress it had started breaking down on the side that I was sleeping and I was having more and more pain every day, I hurt more now than I did with my old mattress!! They will not give a refund, it's a poor excuse for a mattress but I couldn't afford anything else but now I'm out $230!! I will never buy another thing in that store again.

Nice items in my opinion everything has been donated,so why such high prices on some things.? Other than that store is clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

Shopped at this store yesterday, January 31, 2020. The store has a lot of merchandise but the clothing displays are a disaster! First Goodwill I have visited that didn't have the clothing sorted as: short sleeve, long sleeves, sizes. Very difficult to find a size . They do have clothing sorted by color. No discount on anything yesterday. Not even Christmas decor.

No restroom for customers. They told me I had to a nearby store to use a restroom.. So I have to leave this store, go to a different store to muse the restroom then come back and finish shopping? I don't think so. Not only have they lost a customer but a donor as well.

I find really great deals at our local Ripley Goodwill store. I find a great assortment of various BRAND named clothing for very little cost. I find this in jackets, skirts, and top/blouse sections. I have one bit of advice that once you find that perfect outfit, try it to check the fit since this is a 2nd hand store and the clothing sizes differ after being washed previously. And secondly, review the item your looking at for purchase for possible defects, such as stains or missing items are f2as this will need to be taken in consideration for the asking price you are willing to pay. Overall, I like to visit my local Goodwill as look for great deals. I try to get into town, at often as once a week.

Prices went up..6.69 for jeans.Stuffed is donated 🙄 Supossed too help people in need.If someone was poor they couldn't afford too shop here.

Clean but the selection to choose from isn't the best. Some of the prices are a little ridiculous for a place that's inventory is donated. For an example today they had a meat slicer from like the eighties & the price sticker read 25.00.
