After I did business with this place for years I had my bow in pawn and the woman banged it off the counter top and they didn't wanna fix it or even mention it. I went and bought a shot gun I put 50 dollars down on it and was to pick it up they sold it out from under me and lied about it for that whole week I would never do business with this place they do not respect your stuff and honestly to me that is a scumbag move about the gun

When is it okay for an employee to walk up behind someone and rip something oit of someone hand ? Instead of asking if they paid for an item bc they was putting the item they bought into their pocket. I understand people fo steal. It's not okay to walk up to someone and rip something out of their hand without asking questions. That's actually assault on someone. Than get smart when u was told it was paid for .Tha other employee and owners is really nice and respectful. The boy with blonde hair and young I think his name is Carson is the one that did this.

If your not bringing in big GUNS, high dollared ELECTRONICS or GOLD, then they don't want it! Someone worte they buy anything and everything, not true. I brought very decent itmes, unique itmes, some still in original boxes and told me they didnt want it. The thing tht really got me is one time recently I brought in some itmes and the "girl" low balled me, so I declined to sell, went back a few days later and one of the guys offered 4xs more. Very inconsistent! They can be extremely insulting as well. I'm absolutely done wasting my time and I won't return to buy one thing from the either. I had been a customer since 2017.

J & S is oakl86 on ebay. I bought a Stihl MS360 chainsaw and J & S pawn sent the saw with a scored piston. I requested return for refund and was given a return ship label that didn't have enough funds to cover postage. I notified seller and they wanted to send me a return ship label off ebay website to my private email address which is against ebay policy. I ended up having to get Ebay involved to get proper return ship label. Seller received item back on May 15 and today is May 17 and still no refund but seller has 3 days to refund per Ebay representative. I noticed today seller re-posted saw on ebay with scored piston before refunding me. How rude and unethical. Seller has only been on ebay 2 years with a 96% feedback score. I have been an ebay member over 16 years with 100% positive feedback score. I am rtluvr69. Feel free to look. Also, read reviews about stolen property here on google. You'll see. Not a reputable business in not only my opinion but others as well. You would think since they hold a FFL license they would be more responsible and ethical in their business practice due to buying and selling firearms. Sure is sad these days a person has to be very careful who they chose to do business with. No respect anymore. Do your research thoroughly.

I had some items stolen on monday tuuesday i went to j& s found items there i asked them to get the list of items the person brought in and put them back for me till Friday i wasnt sure what all had been taken ..they put a few of the items back but neglected to put back a rototiller which btw is still under warrenty ..so they knowingly sold stolen merchandise i told them id be there to get back my things ii provided serial # etc so to the person that bought my rototiller its fairly new has warrenty and i hope it serves you well

Had a specialty tool stolen recently and called them to see if it was brought in and they said NO. Stopped by later and the tool was on display. Had to come back with the police to recover my tool. The lesson is: If you have stolen items take them to J&S where they have NO morals and are more than happy to help criminals!!
