Love this place for my pets. They take such good care of them. I worried at first cause I never leave them but they did wonderful. The grooming was great my dogs smelled good for a month.

These people are absolutely the BEST!!!! They treat every single dog like family!! Dale & his wife are so sweet/ loving & patient...really good folks. I always feel good about leaving my dogs here & am confident they are in good hands when I'm gone. Both my guys were there today getting groomed & they look awesome! Can't thank Happy Tails enough for always doing an amazing job! Love this place!💖🐩

Great group of people. My Chance and Dexter were glad to see me when I came to pick them up but I could tell by the way they acted they also felt like they were on vacation too! Great job guys, Chance & Dexter will definitely be back to see you along with their new baby labradoodle brothers, Tucker & Toby, at vacation time…Oh, did I mention they did an awesome job with grooming them while they were there!♥️

First visit this week great team, and easy to work with. What peace of mind we had on Vacation. We were able to call to check on Tank. If they did not answer they gave a call back quickly and the price was great for there quality service. We highly recommend if you need someone to look after your fur baby. Was pleasantly surprised to find this place for a visit to family close by. The staff were thorough and friendly!! They took good care of my older dog including giving meds. Definitely recommend.

I truly love this place. My doggie son Love goes there and he just can't get enough. The staff is awesome and flexible. The establishment is always clean and friendly. If you are looking for a doggy day care, overnight or just a groomer, this is the place to go.

The groomers did an awesome job bathing and trimming our 5 year old Male Border Collie. He has never had a professional wash and trim and we were very happy with how he looks now, and very reasonably priced.

I have been a faithful customer of now "Happy Tails" since they used to be called "Bed & Biscuit" I not only have used their boarding for several years but I adore their Groomer (Scott) as well. I have a 135lb Saint Bernard who is my third child, extremely attached to his momma and very spoiled. I have never in all of the years of using this company, had a bad experience. Tank is well known at this facility and they spoil him as much as we do at home. The cameras have always given me a sense of security in knowing I can see him anytime i want while im away. Not because im worried he is being mistreated at all but mainly because I miss him horribly lol. Tank has separation anxiety and will stop eating if I leave him for more than a day or two. He has never had this problem while staying with Happy Tails. As a matter of fact he stayed for 10 days while i was in Mexico and gained 4 pounds in that time. Not only that, but when i returned to pick him up, he was bathed and beautified with a bandana on which i was not charged extra for. They did this on their own. I understand not everyone may have had such great experiences as we have but this business is by far one of the best in the area and highly recommended. Just see for yourself and make your own opinion- after all, thats what we adults are supposed to do. :)

If you must board your beloved pet, this is the place to go! Super friendly, pet-loving staff! Clean atmosphere! Love that it's only 5 minutes from my rural home! They do grooming too!

Just got home from my vacation visiting family, which went good except for who I trusted to take care of my baby girl. I was away for 13 days (for which I provided food and specific instructions on handling), she has lost 2 pounds and 4 days worth of food. Happy Tails WV did not care for my girl, they ABUSED her. One of the workers even admitted to not walking or feeding her. I strongly urge all pet moms and dads to NOT take their babies to Happy Tails. Plus I should mention their "camera" system: 8 cameras: 2 on the cats, 5 outside cameras, and only one showing nothing but the doors of the kennels. I honestly believe that had I been gone longer, she would be dead. I am disgusted!

Our dog is always HaPpY when we pull into the parking lot. He loves his mini vacations there. He's HaPpY means we're HaPpY. By the way, we drive an hour each way to drop off, but it's worth it because we know he is happy and safe.
