This is a nice store. It's always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only complaint I really have is this particular location has higher prices than other Dollar General locations, but the prices aren't too much more than the others.

It's the only store in richwood, unless you wanna travel 10-15mins it's all u got. It's clean n most stuff is stocked, all employees are nice except one. But you'll have that.

Pretty nice store. All of the staff are very friendly and always eager to help. They have a better selection than they used to and have recently implemented anti-theft technology. I hope that helps. The only thing a store like this is missing in a town like Richwood is fresh produce, but it's not in their business model. All in all, it is a much needed store with a decent selection of products at mostly reasonable prices.

The employees try hard. The building is horrible. I don't know who owns the building but they wont even turn on the lights in the parking lot at night. No upkeep by building owner.

Neat, clean, well stocked, isles are clear, floor, shelvingis always clean and neat. Products have correct tags and pricing under or on them. Excellent customer service. Friendly, polite, always helpful. Was very unsure about moving to this area . Been here 3 years. All the above has made it alot better. 5 star store.

Very dissatisfied with this Dollar General. Doesn't carry the nessesities needed for this town. No longer carries clothing, and this town only has a Dollar General. Someone from corporate office needs to visit and see what the people of this town are in desperate need of. Most people here walk to where they need to go and Walmart and Grocery shopping isn't available here. So groceries and clothing is a must. I'm from Alabama where Walmarts are everywhere and so are grocery shopping and every Dollar General sells clothing. Why would you not sell clothes in a town where there's nothing else but Dollar General?2 Thumbs down for corporate

They used to be great but sence they know they are the only store they have raised their prices out the roof! Whatever you need from this dollar gen you can get at another dollar gen for way less.

Enjoyed the upgraded look and hope Dollar General brings more to the location. It definitely has the space to work towards its Fresh setup so hopefully that happens.
