Absolutely the hardest pharmacy to deal with. Their automated phone service is a nightmare. If you have to try to speak with someone on the phone you better be prepared to sit on hold for at least 30 minutes before being able to speak to someone, if it doesn't just disconnect the call.

Pharmacist flat out refused to sell me sudafed for no reason, wouldn't even check my ID, told me to get an over the counter substitute. Absurd. On another occasion, I was told there was a national shortage of my medication and it couldn't be ordered. Got it from Kroger the SAME DAY. What a joke.

Worst pharmacy we've ever had can't keep stock in tried both ripley and ravenswoods was outta my medicine and some older woman's medicine, slow service, poor attitudes, and no one cares behind that glass crazy world we live in these days hope no one dies seriously bring rite aid back qnd quit running little pharmacy business outta town and buying em out if you can't handle what you already have. I remimber rite aids and that small lil business was 30 min times now you gotta wait hour n half to 2 hours to get a fill.

The pharmacy staff frequently go above and beyond to help me. The cashiers are typically friendly and helpful. The store location is convenient and has most items that I might need while in a bind, even though prices are a bit more expensive than some other places.

I had my doctor call my prescription in yesterday but the pharmacy didn't have my pill they had to order it was supposed to be here today I called and they didn't have a pharmacist today and now I have to go with out my pill tonight.

Five months ago I had a three star opinion about the pharmacy, (to slow, rude or just not paid enough to care). Beggars hanging out front of the store all hours. Best to call in or just drop off your scripts cause if you are the only person in the store or in the drive thru it's still going to be 1 hour...plus the staff doesn't seem to like to answer questions, unless you get Tyler. Now that it's Wallaide or Greenaide, I know Wallgreens. One star so far.

Placed an order - no record @ Walgreen's. 4 phone calls before I learned they finally had the order and I could pick it up. Very time consuming and glad I have other options.

Would not fill a prescription stating WV Law, even though they HAVE been filling them ever since our move. Called another pharmacy and spoke to a real pharmacist; stated they must not know wth they are doing and OH scripts ARE filled here. Place was bad enough since Walgreens took over and no longer about to do ANYTHING online, on either website - time for a change! PS: saying 1.5 hours to refill a script when lot is empty is also a bit much!

Drive thru pharmacy for drop off and pick up of prescriptions. Store is clean with friendly staff. Free parking, easy access to Washington street.

worst pharmacy ever, they always have an excuse as to why your prescription isnt ready yet, if you need medication filled here make sure and start trying to get it filled 3 weeks in advance, but avoid this place all together if at all possible
