Sat at the drive-thru window for 20+ minutes waiting to be helped. Finally, after 4 cars went around me and went inside and got pizzas. Someone came to the window. I asked for cheese pizza. Was told it would be a 30 mins wait. Like I just waited atleast 20 minutes. Are you serious. How do you not have an employee at the window at 5:30 on a Sunday evening.

Thursday, May 26th 8:37 pm at Ravenswood Wv little Caesars.. not only did I get the best customer service I've had ANYWHERE in a long time but I got the best pizza and ICB I've had from ANY little Caesars. But what's even more incredible is that there were only 3 workers and the amount of customers pouring in was ridiculous. I got my food in a very timely manner which was a huge surprise considering the amount of customers vs employees. They treated me very well and the quality of my food was spectacular. Thank you to the young man that was moving at the speed of light with impeccable precision, the manager who was also very light on his feet and moving in between EVERY station and the wonderful lady who was making dough fresh with each order AND cooking food faster than I could decide what I should eat. If I had the power to do so, I'd give all three of you a hefty raise. I've been in your shoes and you all were KILLING it tonight. You guys are rockstars 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘

Don't get pizza often but I like theirs. They are friendly and try to give good service. Yes, there is sometimes a wait the, but usually their ready when you go pickup

I come through at least once a week, service is GREAT, BUT the pizzas have been under cooked every time!! It seems like you guys are just rushing pulling them out early or something??? It be nice to come through there and get a pizza that the crust is golden Brown instead of white!!!!

The employees were very nice. The restaurant was nice and clean. We got a 5 meat pizza and a pepperoni and cheese one for the grandchildren. They both was hot and ready, so we didn't have to wait. 🌞😎👌🙏

The guy working, Bill I think was his name.. was excellent. Very respectful and fast. Food was great, was ready on time also. Bill needs a raise Little Caesars.

Easy, In and out service. Go in, place order, they have you park and within 5-10min you have your food. Always good and fresh.

Wonderful young manWas cleaning the door, handles, surfaces. He opened and held the door. The pizza though seemed a little dry, maybe had been in the warmer too long.

The pizza was good and the cheesy bread delicous I gave 5stars though they lost our order slip and we waited a long time for our order but they were extremely gracious and apologized Very nice guy brought out our order with some crazy bread extra

I like going to Little Caesars it's some where cheap to go and feed my family. There has been a couple different little Caesars we've been to, Ravanswood is one of the ones I really don't like going to but we do cause it's the closest one too us. There was one time we got some garlic bread from there and it wasn't done all the way so we turned arown to let them no and they replaced it with enuther one, witch was the same way.. then there was a couple different times we got the $5 pizzas from there and wasn't sauce or cheese on a couple slices. And there's been times we got the $5 pizzas and just looked like they dropped the box and pizza all. Theres times we would have to wait at the window for someone to take are order, even tho there wasn't any other customers in side. They would just stand there and look like there just talking. Next time my orders messed up some how from there then they will probably hear a ear load, cause I can't afford to drive over there for a messed up order every time when my family's ready to eat, that's what fast foods there for.. I'm sorry for all the confusion, just being honest with my orders from Ravanswood little caesars..

Sometimes they only put sauce on just 1 side and think its ok, place is semi fast, usually have to wait if u was getn something specific, tad greesy but good taste on the Italian cheese bread its a cheap ok place to eat, just make sure u buy a 2 liter from a different store, certified in town charges 3 dollars for 2 cold 2 liters, but if ur starving lol Caesars can hook u up as long as u have cash lol hahaha

I tried to get takeout but they after I waited and had to call them they said that they had no one to deliver it that it was in the store if I wanted to pick it up and I was still charged a delivery fee and tip
