Incredibly good spot. Stopped here on a road trip and got two large pizzas. The pizza was great, the server was very kind, and in the end, it only costed us $6 a person for 4 people! That's with each of us eating half of an entire pizza, which was delicious and extremely filling. It's hard to believe but you can't get that good of a deal even at the majority of fast food places.

We just moved to the area this past year & the first time we ever tried Gino's Pizza was here & I must say it was great. Our order was good..no complaints BUT I've noticed the last 2 times we've ordered from here our food has been burnt & not so tasty. I requested extra cheese on our pizza & it did not come with extra cheese & it had alot of burnt spots on the top. The cheesesticks & the chocolate chip cookie was burnt as well. (The cookie was hard)

Dined in before work, arrived 10 mins till 7p. We got drinks at 7:17 and at 7:48 we got our meals ( calzone and lasagna) and my salad. Our table wasn’t wiped off, our waitress never checked on us, waited 10 mins for boxes, needless to say the wait staff is horrible. The food was amazing..but you best have lots of time to eat.

I placed an order in 9/15 at approx 8:05 PM. The girl that took my order was awesome and friendly. She advised me that my pizzas would be sent out as soon as they were ready.Cut to an hour later and I attempt to call. The phone rings off the hook for about 10-15 minutes and finally someone answers only to tell me my pizza is on the way.By the time my pizza arrived it was cold and soggy. The delivery driver advised me that it was the staff that failed to tell him about a delivery.Simply put, my experience with Ginos has never been spectacular. But last night was easily the worst experience I’ve had yet.

My family makes the drive (30 minutes) down to this location several times per year. The pubwhich is my favorite item on the menu. Two for Tuesdays definitely sweeten the deal. We also love the cinnamon sticks. We have never eaten in, but, do love ordering take-out from this location. They are always very pleasant on the phone and helpful when you have questions or special requests.

I attempted to call in multiple times to place my order, but the phone continuously rung without an answer. I couldn't place the order on line because I was driving. When I arrived to the restaurant I went inside to place my order and was left standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I stepped over and made sure I was seen. One of several employees finally came over to me and informed me that she would come to me in a moment. She went back to scrolling through the sales receipts until another employee finally came to take my order. I informed him that I had been calling without any luck & then I was ignored for several minutes while waiting at thecounter. He said, " We are crazy busy", but the dining room only had one couple & the drive thru was empty. I waa the only one in line to order & it was obvious that they were ignoring the phones. Very Disappointed!!!!!

We called 2 days ago and they delivered to are place on wilding and we called back again and they said they don't deliver at here so we called back and the girl was very nice she took our order and didn't send it through didn't ask if it was cash or credit or didn't ask for our number. Worst service ever for ravenswood Gino's.

Food was delicious, guy making it did a great job, & the place was clean. However, worst service & longest wait ever. 3 people working on a Saturday evening & the place was packed. Waitress took 10 minutes just to get us menus, then once our food came we never saw her again. Lady at the table next to us stood in line 10 minutes to get a refill

Horrible pizza! I didn't know this was possible! Threw out 3/4 of a pizza. Not even sure how we are what we ate but just couldn't believe it and we was hungry. The x cheese was overcooked for starters, sauce wasn't very good either.

For the 1st time needed delivery.i placed order online. LG cheese pizza and Italian sub. Sub was not toasted and a soggy nasty mess . Pizza was allto one side of box. After viewing my security footage it was due to carrying by corner. All I had was a 50 . My order was 19.25 he only had 20change so I end up giving him 10 tip. Worst 30 bucks I have ever spent.

I took my boyfriend to the Ravenswood WV location in February.We ordered steak and cheese subs. The meat was dry. There was a hair in his sub. They did make another. I know it was beyond their control but another customer an elderly gentleman wreaked of urine odor. The main reason I'm giving one star is because I was asked for my name and number and told to call in any time and I could get a free sub. I called today to collect the free sub. I was told they only keep your name and number for two weeks. I was not told this at that time I was offered the free sub. I waited to speak to a supervisor and they asked what my waitress looked like who offered the free sub and then told me they couldn't honor what I was told. My suggestion anytime a free item is offered give a card with managers signature and expiration date. I will be reporting the hair in food to the county and state health department.

Service was horrible! Stood in front of counter forever before guy even looked at us..then longer for manager to come out to take our order. 30 minutes later got our food. Wings were burnt. Woke up spending morning in bathroom. Feeling like I have food poison.

The best Gino's there is. It has a nice, comfortable dining area and friendly staff. The delivery is much faster than it used to be. Definitely the most delicious pizza in town.

They have improved alot since the pandemic. The food is way better . And the 2 for Tuesday is a great ideal . Staff are friendly and does a wonderful job .

My son ate spaghetti there once & his garlic bread had mold on it! I didn't notice til he ate half so he got sick that evening. I will never eat there again!

I think it's NonsenseThey are time you try to order from Geno'sThey do not have a delivery driver 8 times in one month I tried to Order for deliver and no driver I think a manager needs to step up and start delivering Or they need to have another crew member do deliveries
