Bought a Google play card here, tried to load it. Error comíng back, contacted Google support and was told to return it to the store purchased. This was the store purchased and was refused a refund. Had original receipt and debit card it was purchased with, card still had the original amount on it. I'm glad they are shutting down around 1000 of these stores. Absolute thievery.

Products are in their proper places and easy to find. Prices carry from slightly higher than wal mart to slightly lower. The clearance aisle is organized well and it is easy to find the price of almost everything in the store. Some aisles are narrow but otherwise a great clean easy store.

The sales associates were really nice & friendly. The store was clean & very well stocked. This was the first time I was in this location & I would definitely return if I was in the area.

I took my grandson who is 4 yrs old on a mini shopping spree and he was so excited. He picked out few toys and some lunch cakes that he called Cuppie Cakes...lol!!!Store was clean, bright and inviting!Prices reasonable and definitely saw a few items I will come back for at Easter Basket shopping time!!Definitely going back!Recommend to all!!!

I used to love going to this family Dollar. But it has gone way down hill . I will never shop there again. Had to pay 5 bucks for one bag of hot dog buns and a bag of hamburger buns. Got them home and they were green on the inside ....both bags. The staff was running through the store playing. And it is filthy. Lost a customer for sure.

The new store Dollar Tree/Family Dollar in Ravenswood is very nice. Very spacious. Will do really good as long as they keep aisles cleared n store clean

This actual store , I think I couldtell you what isle to take to find whatever it is your looking for. I've spent a lot of 1$ dollar bills here.Cashiers all seem polite enough. Well there is this one older lady , works evenings. (I think she's watched one to many charles Bronson flix over the years .)Even though I wouldn't give shoplifting a single thought , this lady somehow has a way of making me feel like I'm about to break the law.If I ponder over white or wheat for more then a couple of minutes in the bread isle , there she is . WATCHING! It's not like I come to the place with a hood over my head and sunglasses . Any ways come to find out I'm not the only one she has her sights on, a few others have even complained to management. Damn, i must really be jonesing for them google play coins, I just realized what my objective was, in wrighting this and in no way did it call for all this overachieving and that many words or that much information and detail. Well. for the people or person who was actually interesTed in my opinion on a family $ in ravenswood wv , I'm truly sorry you had to read all that. So if someones still here reading this I'll get to the point, I don't do much of the shopping at home but I do make several trips a week to this family dollar and all in all nice , clean and friendly atmosphere. 9 out of 10. now i wonder if googles gonna be impressed and give me extra coins or will they get a little weirded out and fire me.

I like the rural stores because they provide a good service for people who only need a few things. Very helpful and needed in the area.

Does NOT open at 9AM! Been there before 10 a.m. more than once and they are never open at 9 a.m. in my experience. If they are not going to open at 9 a.m. when they are supposed to then they need to change their information to show what time they really open. It is a waste of time for people to come here and wait for an entire hour just for something to open up that was supposed to already be open.
