Go to the deli order for a pound of Cooper black pepper I tell them to Layer iy. They gave it to me it was so butchered up. It was pitiful half pieces so they're not going to talk to the manager and to do the jobs like what I only one hand and told the manager he did layer it and I told him manager to look at the package you made. Ridiculous. You don't want to work. Or can't do the job. Don't take it

This could be a 5 star grocery store again like it use to be. The meat and produce are the only things that make this weis worth it. They removed all their checkout isles so there is 15 self checkouts, you have 5 "Managers" standing up front doing nothing and then 20 people waiting to be checked out because they don't want to do self checkout. Bring back baggers and paper bags.

Great produce. Friendly staff. Deli hot food selected was not what I'm use to from weis. There is an awesome selection of organic produce that is well stocked the downside its a bit pricey. The freezer pictured below is labeled natural living and has a great selection of healthier frozen foods. Their wine selection is massive😋 for anyone who cares.

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Weis Market that left me baffled and furious. On Thursday, August 30th, around 6:15 pm, I purchased a pizza from this store for a family dinner. Little did I know, this would turn out to be a disastrous decision. As we excitedly opened the pizza box, we were met with a horrifying sight - a completely charred, hole-ridden, and utterly inedible mess that looked more like a black-sauced flatbread than a pizza.My shock was amplified by the fact that we were almost home when this culinary catastrophe [photo attached] was unveiled.Seeking a resolution, I promptly returned to the store, hoping for a refund and a replacement for the trouble. I explained the situation to an associate, who then referred the matter to her manager, Ms. Sarah Rose. What followed was a mind-boggling display of indifference and dismissiveness. The manager outright refused, claiming she could only offer one solution. Unacceptable is an understatement.To add insult to injury, the entire ordeal dragged on for over 30 minutes, leaving me empty-handed and hungry, having to spend more money to salvage our dinner plans. But the worst part? The manager didn't have the decency to address me directly. Instead, she yelled instructions across the store, having the representative do her dirty work. It's a level of disrespect that's beyond comprehension.If all of this wasn't enough to make me swear off Weis Market for good, I made a shocking discovery upon closer inspection of the item. The pizza, the was suppose to be a hot and fresh product, was made a staggering approx. 7 hrs prior or at 11:30am that morning. This raises serious questions about their quality control and overall care for their products.At this point, it's crystal clear that Weis Market has zero regard for customer experience, product integrity, or even basic professionalism. I will not be returning to this store, and I strongly urge anyone considering shopping there to think twice. There are countless other options in the area that truly value their customers and take pride in delivering quality products. Weis Market's blatant disregard for both their products and customers is truly mind-boggling and utterly disappointing.

I don't usually post about grocery stores, but the manager was rude and obnoxious after the deli clerk told my husband it was her first day and she was sorry she didn't know how to slice meat. My husband spoke to the manager and she told him to stop talking and walked away. We will be filling a complaint and letting our community know what kind of management this store is under and not to shop here.

I stopped for donuts from the bakery. First time in store. Found an assortment of nice donuts, and purchased 6. I put 4 in a box and 2 in a bag, but could not find a twistie to close bag with. Found a cashier and waited in line until another cashier came forward to take me. Beautiful store, nicely stocked. Appreciated clean restrooms.

Weis is a nice grocery store. I love self check out and the new belted option is awesome. They had Aunt Jemima and Pearl Milling on the shelf and auntie was on top! 😩🤣

Terrible. The place smells like fish. The Customer Service desk is never open for the hours advertised and the Mgr on duty 01/17/24 gets a -10 review. Boo on them.

It's a beautiful, clean store that is loaded with lots of variety. However, beware of the produce. I bought a package of beautiful green beans and when I got home to snap them, they were covered with slime. My wife bought peaches that were so bad we had to throw them away.

So crab legs were on sale at the Ranson Weis Advertised for 690 nine, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Well, it is Sunday, they are out of crab legs and there is no such thing as a rain. Check there anymore. So don't believe everything you read in the wise sale ad. The seafood manager needs to take a course in order ordering

Found everything I was looking for and the prices were higher than before but, to be fair, prices are higher everywhere. I did find a good deal on sodas...all (Coke and Pepsi products) were 5.99 per 12pk if you buy 3 or more (reg price is 7.99 per 12). I can remember prices for a 12 pack being half that only 5 years ago.🤔

This location is smaller than the other location I shopped at in Martinsburg. The store is clean and the employees are courteous and professional. They also have gas pumps so you can use your Wei’s points for gas price discounts. I found some good sales here and only came in to buy the Pure Harmony dog food and spent $50 on items I saw on sales. Good location and other stores in the area to shop and restaurants to eat at.

They had a deal here on corn on the cob- 4 for $2. They were very sweet and full ears of corn, very good deal. This place has the best bakery in town. Their cakes and pastries are very good. Some items are higher in price compared to others. You just have to bargain shop and check out the deals in the flyers of all grocery stores.

Weis, you lump items together weirdly. You want spaghetti sauce? Italian aisle. You want pancakes on a stick? Try near seafood. Plus, you're super cold and hardly ever have enough honest-to-goodness retail clerks/ cashiers so we're all stuck at self check-out, hailing help scanning items.

The people are always very friendly and courteous. However, I'm editing this review because of changes in the stores. To get points they don't allow you to use your phone number anymore, and everything in the store is self checkout with just one or two registers slammed because no one wants the self checkout. I'm at the point of changing where I grocery shop and how based on there is no service, no personal experience. I can just go online and get the same response. Nothing. Sad.
