From check in, to check out you can expect to receive top notch service and attention. Upon arrival, Jenn immediately began picking out frames for me based on my preferences. She really listens!All of the staff performing tests before I saw the doctor, were exceptionally professional. As someone on the autism spectrum, I can easily become overwhelmed in medical settings. What really helped put me at ease during my visit, was the fact that staff performing the eye exams informed me of what exactly they were going to do and why!Additionally, the doctors dog, Anya was a true delight, letting me pet her and calm me when I had to wait.Dr Rebuck and his office performed the most thorough eye exam I’ve ever received. He was wonderful answering my questions and explaining how progressive frames work as well as contact wearing.The office is extremely efficient, clean, and comfortable. Everyone there is so personable and great performers in their job.I’ll definitely be back!

I had to change eye doctors because my old one was no longer in network. I am so glad I came here! The doctor is wonderful, very thorough and efficient with his exams. I got contacts again for the first time in over a decade and he got me in the right brand first try, supper comfortable and they don’t move around in my eyes a whole lot. I have astigmatism so it can be hard for me to wear contacts. Dedra at the front desk got them ordered for me today and was a pleasure the whole time I was there. Both ladies at the front desk are amazing. I can’t remember the other girls name (sorry) but she helped me pick out my new frames at my first visit and was wonderful news I work with as well, she helped me again today to make sure the fit well and everything when I picked them up. They also have a shop dog, which I love! She is super sweet and greets everyone. Making appointments is super easy as well. Hopefully my insurance won’t be changing any time soon so I can continue to come here. Fabulous experience from start to finish.

The BEST experience I've ever had at an eye doctor's office hands down! Taylor was incredibly kind and informative throughout my exam. Dr. Rebuck is easy going, thorough, funny, and took the time to address any questions or concerns I had. Jen is delightful to chat with and very knowledgeable. She made picking out my new frames a breeze. Anya, the adorable, sweet yellow lab is the icing on the cake. So glad I chose this office for my eye care needs!

First time visit to R&A Dr. Rebuck was professional and addressed all issues with my eyes. Anya his dog was so good and quiet I didn’t even realize she was there and Dedra was so helpful and found me the exact pair of frames I was looking for. Had a possible detached retina and Dr. Rebuck and his receptionist were the only ones who got me right in. The only other doctor I could get hold of said they could fit me in in June (3 months later!). They were so professional and were able to help me right away after a very thorough exam. It appears my husband and I now have a new optometrist for our eye care.Thank you all for your concern in getting me seen so quickly. I don’t know how to thank you.

This office has been the best experience for me at an eye doctor office. The staff are great! Dr. Rebuck provided me with great care and great intellectual information. Deidra was very amazing and very caring towards helping me with what I needed done. She is an amazing person with a good heart who cares for your care.

I must say finding new doctors is not fun and a little worrisome. However, the office of Dr. Rebuck was a delightful surprise. The ladies at the front I think it was Lea, Jess and Dee. (Sorry if not correct) were very helpful and warm welcoming. The assistant that did all the most thorough test on all these special machines was very nice, professional and helpful. Dr. Rebuck was throughly impressive in all the test he requires, the way he reviewed them prior to meeting with me, his experience spoke for itself as he conducted his exam. Overall I’m pleased with the visit to this Dr and his staff!

I visited today for the first time since we moved recently. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr Rebuck performed a very thorough exam and explained all of the results of the tests and photos. Dedra helped me pick out the best glasses for me and Anya the office dog was a perfect girl watching over the whole process! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

This is a wonderful place and my favorite eye doctor place of all i have been to.The staff is super friendly, helpful and astonishingly patient 🤣. I felt like i was trying on too many, taking too long and changing my mind too many times regarding my glasses. But they showed not one hint of anything but support & interest in my finding the right ones.Deidra was so wonderful, helping me find the right styles & encouraging me to try on so many despite their having to clean every pair anyone touches.Jen also made extra calls to ensure I got the right sunglass tint.The other girls were lovely too, did not catch their names.The equipment seemed more advanced than other places i have been also.Dr. Rebuck showed me my test results in great detail & went over all the services they offer. He also showed me thru the machine how my prior prescription looked vs. the new one. I have never had this before and i loved being able to see the difference!They got my husband & me in for appointments within a few days, amd together, also, which was super convenient.Can't wait to get my new glasses! Highly recommend this place!

I love this place!! Will never go to a different eye doctor for as long as they’re in business. Every single staff member is so friendly; they make you feel as if you’ve known them your whole life. Dr Rebuck is so down to earth and takes his time during the exam. Also, having an office dog is a huge bonus :)

I was seen as a new patient today. Dr. Rebuck very professional. My issue was with staff that neglected to apprise me of billing ahead of time. The office was aware of my insurance ahead of time and neglected to inform me of cost and expected payment at visit. Having only seen an Ophthalmologist in the past, apparently their billing is different. The amount quoted was significant enough that it should have been told to me at time of scheduling. Not just thrown at me at time of check out. This would have greatly impacted my decision to schedule. I won’t be returning.I was very disappointed with the way it was handled.

Though the reason for my visit was not for glasses or contacts, I recommend Rebuck & Associates if you are looking for a local eye doctor.

My son and I have been coming to this office for 4 years now. Everyone is very nice and professional. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful with everything from insurance questions to helping pick out frames that look good on our faces. They have a good selection of frames to choose from.The doctor has always gotten our prescriptions perfect. I like that he takes the time to explain everything to my teen son like he's an adult. Overall, this place is great.

Always a positive experience with Dr Rebuck and his team! On this last visit, Dr R put me thru a battery of extra test systems to try to learn more about a retina issue I've had for a very long time, and he proactively referred me to a retina specialist for follow-up. I've been coming to this office for years and I've never had a negative experience. I just got my new glasses today and picking them up was a smooth, simple, fast process. Deadra took care of getting them adjusted and also picked out a beautiful case for me! All the girls are wonderful and helpful and Dr. Rebuck is so professional and explains things so they can be understood. Absolutely wonderful office, HIGHLY recommend!
