This Marshall’s is a solid Marshall’s. I’ve visited some that are better stocked- but for our population and location this one is very good. Dressing rooms are always very clean. And the aisles and clothing racks are always cleaned up or are being worked on. The check out line can be quite long and sometimes rather slow. I would recommend being prepared for a decent wait on most evenings.

Stopped by today to pick out a few things. The woman at the fitting room was extremely rude. When I handed her the garnets that I didn't want, she acted like she didn't want to do her job to hang things back up.However, everyone else that I interacted with who were stocking the shelves and cashed us out were friendly.

Bought my dog treats here. He got sick from them. So I was looking at them and found they were full of moths! I will not purchase dog treats from Marshals ever again.Done things are high to be a discount type store. And some things are very reasonable. You can find beautiful clothes etc.. just have to check things over well..

This store had great finds and I used alot of TJX REWARDS to offset my shopping. Will definitely go back. The Ranson WV store people were very nice.

Visiting any Marshall's store, you never quite know what exactly you're looking for, will find, and will eventually leave with. While some certain items are generally in rotation, a lot of inventory is not guaranteed and makes the shopping experience more interesting to some degree but may be inconvenient to some in its lack of consistency. Generally, clothing, beauty care, accessories, food, home decor, and miscellaneous items can be found at stores, with this location being no different.Overall, this store is certainly worth visiting from time to time to see what kind of inventory can be found. At times, check-out can be longer than one would expect, but this doesn't negatively impact the shopping experience.

Very helpful friendly staff, good prices still, just don't make enough to shop there as much as I would like to. If you got some extra cash go for it this is the place to go

Love this Marshalls. It’s cleaner and less busy than all the other ones I’ve been to. I hope it stays that way. They need more cashiers, though. I’ve had to wait in line 10-20+ minutes before because they only had one cashier and people in front of me had huge carts full of stuff. Not good if someone has other places that they need to be. The store also gets a lot of parents that let their kids run around screaming, knocking things over, and running into people. Management needs to keep an eye out for that and politely ask them to leave. I had one kid run into me while I was looking at something and he actually knocked my purse onto the floor and broke a candle that he knocked off of the shelf.

absolutely horrible, I don’t know whenever the employees here think they can start making up rules, specifically Carla.. do not bother calling here about anything Hello Kitty because they’ll lie and tell you they can’t “disclose” HK items over the phone, which isn’t the case I’ve talked to multiple other Marshall’s about the issue.. so yeah, they kind of suck here.

This location opened in 2019 and we were so happy to get it. The closest Marshalls/TJ Max was a while away so having one it town is nice. I have been here many times and enjoyed every shopping experience. It is a decent size, clean and the staff is nice. I can always find what I need, regardless of if I actually need it or not (so many good deals!). I love these stores and having one close by is incredibly convenient.

Love this place! Growing up in the garment industry, it's nice to see prices that are reasonable for what they are selling! Some items are mechantable seconds, but mostly over runs! Good value!

Great buys as always at Marshalls. The only minor issue was that they only had one person at the register and we were about six deep in line waiting to check out. So it just took a little longer to check out. But everything else was great

This is what I'd call a medium or small size Marshalls based on my experience. They have all the things you'd expect like home goods and clothes, but some sections like furnishings are quite small. Overall, we've found a few good pickups here at a good price. They generally seem to have plenty of staff and even long lines move quickly. It also is reasonably clean and tidy. So overall a good shopping experience.

Store is nice like the stuff in here but I would spend more money if they had Washington stuff I really wish they carried a variety of teams in this store but it seems like lots of ravens gear not much of anything else sports.

Atmosphere felt cold and untrusting. Felt I was being watched like a criminal. They were 30 mins from closing when I arrived, however I definitely didn't feel welcomed or even wanted in the store at all.

The staff were friendly,and the store seemed clean from what I saw. The only thing was that they no longer have a good variety of shoes. Actually,alot of the shelves were empty or sections were empty. It was also like that about a month ago. Last time I went,I thought it was, maybe,a one time thing, but since it was like that again,I'm thinking it's just the way it is recently. Other than that,it was good.

Was chastised for not coming to find a fitting room attendant, "I was right around here, you could have come and found me, the sign says wait". Wow customer service is DEAD. My 15+ years at Nordstrom ruined me.

The new dressing room policy makes me feel like an inmate in prison instead of a customer at your store 🙃 (they now count your items upon entering and exiting.)

One thing I can’t stand is when you come up to pay for your items and the cashier barely says a word, doesn’t greet you, or even acknowledge you. That’s what happened today. I worked retail a long time ago and there was never a time when I didn’t greet the customer and at least say something to them.

Terrible customer service.. I understand employees feel the need and part of their job is to prevent theft, but please don’t make it so obvious and be so rude. I walked into the store to EXCHANGE two items with the tags AND receipt in hand, but still got the third degree from Hannah. Just a very rude person and she made the experience awkward..

Shop here at your own risk. This store DOES NOT enforce wearing masks despite the state requirement that all persons entering this store must wear a mask. If employees are afraid to confront persons not wearing masks, then the company should hire a security guard to do so.

They used to be so much better, there was just less selection, and less "special ". I used to love to find neat gifts and decor there but, its just overrated now and mostly has racks of non trending clothes.

They need to have more employees to organize the clothes better. The carts having locks on them before leaving the store so that is also very awkward.

Hey whenever I visit this place, this employee called “Alexis” always welcomes me in such a good and polite manner. Honestly would prefer this Marshall’s BECAUSE of this employee and the clothes are good too tbh ☺️
