The middle of the day during the week is the perfect time to go. I located some items, and checkout was quick. The sales associate was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and orderly. Totally, recommend this store.

Retail has been taking a hit and it really shows at this Kohl's. Inventory is low with bare spots on the shelves. I don't know if it is management or corporate, but I am worried about this location's longevity. None of this is the fault of the workers as far as I have been able to tell. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful.

I have such a hard time finding nice clothes for large woman. Was able to find several things when we were in Kohls. Please keep stocking large woman's clothing.

I really enjoy kohls. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with employees there. Although On the last few occasions (2-3 times) I’ve had Lisa at customer service. She has a bad attitude! The first time I let it go because I figured she was having a bad day. But this has been on 3 occasions. She acts like I am the biggest inconvenience when I am returning my Amazon package. She never greets me and is very snippy the whole encounter. If she hates her job so much, she should probably find a new one. Her attitude doesn’t match the positive atmosphere at kohls.

Not user friendly for anyone handicapped AT ALL. I wanted something in the kitchen area, so parked on that side, no carts and no registers on that side. I had to walk all the way across the store to get a cart, all the way back across the store to find the item I wanted - and could not reach - back across again to get help to get the item, back across to pay for it (due to no tegister on that side) then back across the store to head out to my car! 6 times back and forth across the store. Totally unacceptable for seniors, and/or people with a handicap! VERY UNACCEPTABLEIn addition to that the Cashier advised if I opened Kohl's account and charged the item, I could get a discount on the sale, and then I could pay the balance off with my debit card.The item purchased was defective and I returned it the next day, and was told they could not give me cash back, it would have to go as a credit on the charge card.TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE I ALREADY PAYED THE BALANCE OFF!

Kohl's is always a pleasant shopping experience and I typically hate to shop. The store is always well organized and they manage to have very competent sales associates. I never have difficulty finding assistance. The prices of summer and fall items were reasonable with lots of sales. I never feel like I am paying more than I should for clothing or shoes.

Kohls offers a large selection of clothing for all types of people as well as home furnishings to complete homes. Some of the items are a bit steep in price, but generally the items are priced well. Additionally, a small video game section is hidden away with the electronics. The store also is furnished with several wheelchairs that are good for use within the larger walkways but are a bit difficult to use when looking up close for specific items. However, the entryway is nice for customers and those looking for employment through the company as well.

Our child is crying having a very hard time separating himself from the toys, to of the associates ( one from Sephora, one cashier, l laughed at my son, and verbally said ” ewww”When my wife asked them what they were laughing at they just said oh nothing we’re just “worried about him” in my 43 years on this earth. I’ve never laughed at anybody that I was really worried about.… when my wife called and expressed her concerns to the managerThe manager explained “ they’ve never been in a situation like that before “ they’ve never been in a situation where kids were crying in a store ??? This makes no sense. The lack of empathy and the lack of professionalism is mind blowing.

Poor customer service. Picked up an online order this morning. While being waited on, the clerk stopped in the middle of my transaction to assist another employee. The issue could been dealt with after she was finished with my transaction.New review...9/11...the new Sephora addition and the self pickup area for online shoppers makes the store cluttered. Jewelry is scattered everywhere within the ladies department.10/6/23: I was harassed by a cashier today. I was going to buy a shirt, and I had some Kohls cash to use. The final sale would have been $8.00, so I was going to pay with cash. She kept trying to intimidate me into using my card. I told her NO. She kept on insisting that I use my card, so I canceled the transaction and walked out of the store. No means No!!!Guess I will shop at the Winchester location from now on.SMH......

My visit was less than pleasant today. I tried to use a discount and they wouldn't take it because of a miserable one day over. As an old, good customer I should have been entitled to a 30% discount or more. I asked the cashier for a store discount and without even checking he told me that there wasn't any in store discount. I had good experiences with other cashiers but this brother didn't even try.

Great selection at great prices. Many clearance items. From women and men clothing. Household items and shoes. I went in to pick up an online order It was quick and efficient. I encountered three salespeople and two of the three acted indifferent and sullen. That's why the 3 stars.

So inconsistent with online purchases for pick up one order I decided I really didn’t want but they held in for 4 weeks and wouldn’t release it, so I just went and picked it up 5 weeks later. Then I ordered a shirt last week and was going to pick it up today only to find out they cancelled it. Makes no sense, I can’t always get there right away because I’m busy.

I go here often as there are only a couple stores in the area that sell clothing. I find most of the staff friendly and helpful. They carry a nice variety of things. I enjoy their promotions. Most weeks they off between 15-30% off and at times you get Kohls cash. I only gave 4 stars because I don't like how you redeem the Kohl's cash. It is not used the same as cash. When you purchase something and have a discount it first removes the Kohl's cash from the total and then applies and discount.Example Your purchase item is $50, you have $10 Kohl's cash and 20% off.I would think it would be $50-$10=$40 and minus $10 Kohl's cash the item will cost $30But they do $50-$10 Kohl's cash is $40- $8 =$32It may not seem like much but the more you buy the bigger the price difference.I just feel if you call it cash, it should work like cash.

Please provide working cell service within your store, or at the very least free wi-fi. I need to be able to use my phone while I shop. I have T-Mobile, if that helps. Please fix it or I legit can't shop at this Kohl's anymore. I was unable to use internet, make calls, or text.

Went on 9/27/2020. I was very impressed by the cleaning in-between customers. Everyone was very polite and had good situational awareness. The cashier was very friendly and positive. The environment was clean and organized. Carts wiped down between customers. Ample cashiers. Always savings and coupons. Reflects highly on good leadership. Kudos Kohls

This store never has men's shoes in my size. However, its a great store for the ladies. They have men's suits here and dress shirts. If they would expand the men's shoe section, it would be alot better.
