This is a great local feed and pet supply store. Items are organized well with a surprising amount of variety to be found too. Many brands are of superior quality that other pet stores in the area do not carry. Gower's even has a wider fish selection than other nearby competing pet stores as well. The staff seems friendly and is open to those just wanting to browse and pet bunnies, so that's a plus.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about animals and they make really good recommendations. Prices are fair and affordable. For someone new to the area they sure make you feel welcome and give you tips on how to be successful with your flock or livestock. The customer service they offer is outstanding.

Gower's Feed has everything we need. The staff is friendly and always ready to share their knowledge with newbies like me. We have goats, chickens, sheep, cats and a dog. We've gotten all of our peeps here, and they have been healthy with a great variety of breeds. We recently added an Angora rabbit, and when I expected to need a special order for his high protein feed, I called, and they have it in stock.Our kids love going with me to see all of the animals they have in the store, and the staff is welcoming to our children. I highly recommend this business.

I buy everything for my animals here. Best prices around. Staff are awesome. I bought my rabbit here 2 years ago and she's healthy and had an excellent temperment.

Took my dog to be groomed. He is a collie/lab mix. Large with long hair. The groomer SHAVED him... left tufts of hair everywhere, did not blend going down his legs. She was supposed to leave his leg feathers, clipped his tail like a foxes. Some parts are shaved all the way to skin, others are 1/2 inch long. Looks like a 5yr old clipped him. He was not brushed down after she finished, took me a half hour to get all the loose hair off when I got him home. I paid to have him bathed and nails clipped also, he was not bathed and she split several of his toe nails. By far the worst grooming job ever! She groomed 2 dogs(mine and another) in 2 hours... obviously all she knows how to do is shave them and she does a lousy job of that.Do not take your dog here. Never again.....I recommend the Soggy Doggy...
