The workers are all friendly enough. But it seems like they aren't ever stocked or don't carry things I think they should.A lot of the other dollar store are stocked and have better/different/more stuff.

One of the better Dollar Generals I've been in except that it could before spacious with extra room at check out as well. Otherwise they generally have everything you need and would expect a DG to carry. All your everyday essentials, & some grocery. Staff is always polite and helpful as well.

I know these are trying times but to the little blonde in there with her attitude made me review this store! Have some patience with people and definitely don’t be making comments around customers saying you’d rather not unload truck that had items people are needing that way the customers would quit coming!!! Wow!! When people are asking you why your not wearing protection have you ever thought they might be asking in general concerned for your health!!! You my dear need attitude adjustment!!

The staff is very friendly. The store is loosely organized but very unkempt. It leaves a lot to be desired if you like neat, tidy, and clean. I'm surprised DG doesn't set higher standards for cleanliness and appearance.

I just moved to this area from Craigsville, WV. I wanted buy same items in Montgomery, WV, they didn't have it. I asked lady if she could try to get it in for me, and we'd buy it all up. She said they couldn't order, they just "get stuff". I liked Craigsville Dollar General much better. I probably won't go back to Montgomery store

It wasnt too awful as far as dollar stores go, but it gets negative points for being in Rainelle and never having the correctly tagged sale items in the appropriate areas

Nice location merchandise easy to find in the store reasonably priced. I came in from Indianapolis to this Dollar general in Virginia and was pleased with the friendly customer service at this location

Its where I buy 99.99% of my makeup. I'm in love with the believe brand of makeup. Soooooo good. The setting spray is bomb for real.

The store provides a necessary service to the people of the area with limited resources and little public transportation. Prices remain moderate compared to the local national chain store!!

The store is always very clean. It has a huge variety of items in stock. They seldom have empty spots on items that aren't seasonal.
