I had the Cheese Steak sub with a chocolate shake and it was delicious. My friend told me about this place and I made a detour to get the sandwich. The sandwich isn't on the menu but all the locals know of it. A must try if in the area.09-06-2018 since Dairy Queen stop using the New England Style grilled bun, I visit Dairy Queen's very rarely. This Dairy Queen still makes hot dogs with the New England bun. I could not be happier and will detour 40 minutes out of my way to eat a hotdog here.

Stopped in on my way home from visiting family. I was very impressed that the restaurant and bathroom was extremely clean. Employees were incredibly kind. Food was great. It was nice to see the employees were well groomed. Everything about this place was great! Whomever the manager is... You are doing a great job! Keep it up! I wish more places were exactly like your dairy queen restaurant.

I have always liked Dairy Queen but out good this evening was less than good. French firs were tough(heated up). Cheeseburger was heated in microwave, I know because the bun was tough as leather. I regret to say this has been the way it has been lately.

Service was excellent. The only hold up was a $40.00 drive through order from the car ahead of me. Perhaps an app for ordering online like the bigger franchises would help them keep the drive through moving steadily along with the smaller orders.

This is your typical Dairy Queen. If you haven’t had Dairy Queen before than you’ll mostly enjoy their dairy products. Their meals are decent but it’s this restaurant is more of a one trick pony. Their blizzards are good. This particular one has a slower then most drive thru, but I haven’t met anyone at the window that isn’t super friendly. Right now try the Girl Scout thin mint blizzard or the Oreo dirt pudding Blizzard.

The order was a disaster. It took 15 minutes after the order was placed ,drive thru. 2nd car in line .. they forgot a fry and didn't give us the 3rd drink. I wouldn't eat there again. Bad service !!!!!!!!

Clean store. This restaurant is maintained impeccably. The dining room is modern and roomy. There is also pavilion-covered picnic tables outside. Plenty of parking. Drive-thru available.

Staff was exactly polite enough to not be considered completely rude. Water was gravy-ish...I mean gravy was watery. It was watery enough that it seems like someone added water to a pan of gravy instead of prepping another batch because they didn't feel like it. Otherwise, the food was OK. I like the ice cream but typically avoid the store because of the staff. If you want dq, it will serve.

Had my fiance today to buy me some hot dogs that had chili, onions, slaw, mustard, and ketchup. A pretty simple order you would think but apparently not. The hot dogs didn't have ketchup on them, everything on this hot dog including the bun and the dog was cold. The bun was extremely soggy and the onions on the hot dog were in the shape and size of french fries. I hadn't eaten here in about a year because the hot dogs were so expensive but they were good at the time but not anymore. THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!! The rating for this restaurant is clearly not correct and I highly recommend anyone to reconsider before eating here. Clearly a waste of time and money.

I think that the worker's there could be a little bit nicer to their customers and pay more attention to doing their job instead of standing around talking to one another and I think they need to get older people to work there instead of real young people

Food was good but the service was unfriendly and borderline hostile. The dining area was unkempt and downright dirty. Many of the tables were over run with ants. I would not eat there again.

Best Dairy Queen I've been to in a long while. Cones have the classic DQ shape. The blizzards are well-blended and also have nice chunks of cookie (or whatever you picked) mixed through.

The lady at the front was very rude she wanted to roll her eyes as I pulled up to the window and told her I had waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and no ones has offered to take my order when I pull up she is at the front counter laughing and talking when I tell her I had been waiting she had the nerve to roll her eyes and say because your in a truck our headsets don't beep qnd acts like im just a bother like girl you chose your job not me no need to be rude or roll your eyes

Rainell is a small town but it looked like the Dairy Queen was THE place to eat! Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Always enjoy DQ food.

To go order, when arrived home, order wasn't as ordered, missing ingredients. Ordered a cup of ice, wasn't included with order, had to reorder it. Food was good otherwise.

Very slow place to go for fast food and your food is usually half cooked or cold but the staff is very friendly.
