This was huge walmart and definitely busier than other store. We didn't think the restrooms were though. The prices were normal like always and the stuff was good as usual.

I’m already doing their job and using the self checkout. I’m getting glared at by some guy who in all honesty just looks ridiculous. I’m there everyday it’s well known I don’t like to be eyeballed so you get a 1star rating every time that happens. I hate being stared at! Smh

They are always out of a lot the usual items .There are always the in store shoppers in the way. They take up a lot of space.I almost got ran over by one of them. He wasn't looking in front of himself. I finally said not to follow so close. But I stopped him right when he was inches away from me.The restrooms are filty and swell terrible.It doesn't have much-needed management. I see animals in the store all the time. There was an exotic animal one day.

Today my family got an air mattress. When we open the box there was hot glue and a patch on it. It wasn't supposed to be used nor did they have it in the area where it shouldve been in clearance.Upon further inspection the mattress is so stained.* I'm pretty sure to put it back on shelves the product needs to be inspected when it is returned and if the establishment desires to resell the returned product*. The product that was in the box doesnt even match the name on the product. When we called the customer service they didn't help at us all. "There's no way we can guarantee that from happening"An establishment like this one, including all the security measures of the company not wanting theft well its not really.agood job

This store is always a mess. I’m disabled , with mobility issues. There are never carts or wheelchairs available. I know you find ones that take them and not need them leaving those that do without them. Today my daughter helped a lady to her car to bring her cart back for me and as she turned around another lady took it. Laughing the whole time You should have at least 1 cart or chair for every handicap parking spot. This location always has this problem.

Three cashiers were working, had what I wanted, only complaint is they, as all Walmart Stores are constantly moving things around. Always a treasure hunt to find what you are looking for

The employees at the Princeton location are wonderful. The reason for 1-star review is the store and availability of anything at the store. Customers are told that the store was up for updating, upgrades etc multiple times while the big managers have decline it multiple times. Why is the Princeton Walmart so small, outdated, with supply issues? It’s not a big Walmart issue because you can go to the Sophie, Bluefield, Beckley, Blacksburg Walmarts and none have the same issues the Princeton one does. Princeton brings in more money than most if not all of them. Princeton Walmart should be getting all the inventory and nice stuff. Our clothing section absolutely is awful compared to other area Walmarts. Our Walmart in Princeton can’t keep shelves stocked and they certainly do not have the stock in the back to replenish. This should not be an issue. Give us a store upgrade and more inventory!!!!

Auto-center is never available by phone waiting 10 minutes nothing at 15 minutes the call ended abruptly when I called back still 0 customer service all I wanted to know was will they mount a set of tires and I don’t know how big they can mount

Sat and waited 20 mins for someone to come let me get a dog collar from their case. Hit the button to alert someone multiple times and a representative even came over the intercom stating I needed help. This is ridiculous Walmart feels the need to put dog collars in a case. Losing money by losing a sale is as bad as losing one to someone stealing the product. I just eventually left since there was obvious better things they were focused on.Either pay enough workers to run the store or take simple items like a dog collar out of the case and let customers actually shop. Not everyone is a criminal.

At the Princeton, WV store there is never a person to open the tool case in the evenings. Every time it will take a minimum 30-45 min to get help if at all. I usually have to call the manager on my cell phone.Edit: They finally listened and removed the locked case. Now you don’t need a person to get a $2 screwdriver. lol.

I go to Walmart two or three times each week. It is close to the house. The people were very professional there. Never seems to be a line when I go and the keep adequate lanes open for the amount of shoppers. And no matter what if I am near the store I'm going to stop and check out the clearance isle!!! Once got a $114 tiller attachment for my grass trimmer for $35 because it was "broken" when in all honesty the person that purchased it before me didn't read the instructions and used the wrong hardware to put it together!!

Not a very large variety compared to other Walmarts I've been to, but definitely has enough for quick in and out for necessities. I visited this store on and off throughout college. Nothing negative to say about them. Clean and organized store with a busy looking staff.

This Walmart always has carts available to use, the inside is always neat, clean and organized. The staff is always helpful and courteous with any questions/concerns I may have. And, as always, they have the lowest prices around!! The selection of products is large and I have never not been able to find what I needed. The customer service desk is quick with customer returns and the money center is very informative and helpful! Also, whenever I have to call for whatever reason, they quickly answer the phone and either answer my question or direct me to the correct department. I've never had a bad experience and as always I highly recommend Walmart for any needs! 💯💯

Most people are well aware that some of the large retailers are in the news due to stock shrinkage due to theft. As so is the case of Walmart. I went into the store to get a replacement cylinder for my 4 gallon shop vac. I had brought the old filter with me in an old Walmart bag. I was unable to find any employee willing to help me, However, I was followed around by a stranger. Having a history of retail work experience, I suspected this individual was a Walmart employee monitoring my shopping. It's sad that I was unable to find anyone to help me locate the filter, but Walmart was more concerned with possible theft than exceeding customer expectations. Overall it was a troubling shopping experience. I understood Walmart to have the same face recognition software that the large gambling casinos have to monitor theft. With all the technology and cameras available, why is Walmart resorting to following customers.
