I really wish there was a Sheetz restaurant near where I live, I stop at this one in Princeton WV every time I come up from NC, because the food is awesome and you can get lunch or breakfast any time of day or night, The service is fast and friendly and the store is clean and well organized, the rest rooms are clean also. It's a gas station, restaurant, and a convenience store all in one.

They couldn’t be bothered to put my pickup order on the pickup order shelf nor call my name. So I got to waste my time standing around this nasty gas station in the middle of the night until my food was half cold hidden behind the counter.

I get that it's a busy holiday weekend, but both wo/men restrooms were a sty. Plus no paper towels. If you're a vegetarian, skip Sheetz. No more veggie burgers. When I asked if the taco salad came with meat, was told my order only had beans & rice. I confirmed that I did not want any meat. Once we were back on the highway, I discovered gobs of ground beef sauce over the entire top of the salad. Did my best to dump it out but some residue remained. Fingers crossed I don't get sick before we reach home. Hubby says: No more Sheetz! We will remain loyal Love's Travel Stop customers on our x-country trips.

I grew up in a big city and I don't think I would have expected that I can still get a pleasurable cup of coffee and a hot egg sandwich and the employees are very good at what they do you should be able to enjoy the sandwich deals and have some extreme ice cream shakes that are out of this world and it is a 5 star place in my own town

Sheetz has always been a great place to get fresh food and convenience store food but the other Sheetz on courthouse road I got a pulled pork sub one time and I took it back to work and went to bite into it and it tastes like raw fish and it looked awful I was compensated well from the owner of the company because it had made me really sick but I just don't ever wanna eat any type of meat from any Sheetz again , but some of the food like chicken it has a lot of hard spots , it's cheap

Easily the dirtiest Sheetz location on the East Coast. Trash is always overflowing in every trash can, parking lot is covered in litter and the bathrooms are a wreck. If anyone in Sheetz corporate is listening, this location makes your franchise look terrible and needs attention ASAP.

This store should be shut down. They yell and cuss at employee's in front of customers and it's a very uncomfortable vibe in there. You can just feel the hostility in that store. I do not recommend going to that store. Plus the employee's will also strait up tell a customer they are wrong when the customer has a receipt to prove other wise. So do not go to this store. Drive the extra 4-10 miles to go to the other sheetz where they do better customer service and it's a calm vibe. We are their VIP, not the other way around. (This review is for the Sheetz on Oakville road ONLY)

Their donut shelves were empty at 5 am. Several workers walking around. The outside trash was running over onto the gas pump islands. Same thing this morning. The people that works here are sorry. Just stand around not stocking things that they need to.

Staff went out of their way to make our visit nice. Stopped for lunch and gas. We ordered food but they were out of one component. Unfortunately, one of our group has a food allergy so we couldn't substitute anything without checking. The manager was super friendly and checked everything in the back and ended up making a completely new dish without the allergen.

So I purchased a propane tank from them very early this morning. The propane tank lasted 4 hours and went out. I called up there. Explained that I had a propane tank go out on me after 4 hours. The manager said “Call the propane company and file a claim”…….. So then u explained to him that I got 2 little girls to keep warm w one of them being 7 months old and that we count on propane quite a bit. He said “like I said call the propane company and file a claim.” I said “do u hear yourself right now?! U are telling me to file a claim like it won’t be cold till next week or something!?” He just sat in silence. I said “okay buddy. Well u should reconsider your job because u as the manager should make sure your customers are satisfied who spend money there almost daily, and YOU should file the claim w the propane company!” He just sat there in silence. I said well I appreciate u showing me what kind of manger you are and actually what kind of person you really are honestly. Because no one I speak to about your store will ever want to work for u and hopefully those same ppl might not spend money at your store CHAD! (What he says his name was) Ppl… smh. What a terrible representation of your store pal!!! U the real MVP!!!!

Surprisingly very busy Sheetz for the size of the location. MTO food was fresh and hot, and the ladies calling out the to-go orders were clear and easy to hear. Shelves were well stocked, but bathrooms need a good scrubbing (wet, puddles, smelly, and the stale doors were LOUD).

The staff is always so rude. Cindy and another employee that will remain nameless was training a new employee apparently. When Cindy got done the food portion of the order she turned to the new lady and told her that drink she was making went with the food Cindy shoved under the counter. When the trainee was finished she brought the drink over and Cindy barked at her to put the drink on the shelf if it was to go.The trainee calmly did and left the food Cindy was standing in front of. When I got the drink off the shelf and walked back over to get the food from Cindy she rolled her eyes and said loudly she didn't know what I was waiting on. UNPROFESSIONAL

We loved Sheetz before it came to our city. All Sheetz tend to be the exact same. Convenience store options, made to order (mainly fried) food, to go sandwiches, fruit, bakery items. Places to eat inside and out. Free WiFi. Gas, air, diesel. A perfect stop on a road trip. 24hrs.

The customer service I received from this establishment was OUTSTANDING. I ate lunch here at one of the outdoor patios with my boyfriend and dog on our travels from Pittsburgh, PA back to our home in Savannah, GA. In the hustle of keeping track of both the dog and boyfriend (lol) I left my purse full of cash and my keys on the back of the chair. According to the manager a “regular” customer immediately found my purse and turned it in with all its contents!!! I did not realize my purse was missing until we were in Georgia... upon calling I was told the manager would be in contact with me that evening. Within the hour she called and we arranged for me to get my purse back. I am so grateful for the honest people at this establishment and the outstanding customer service!! Thank you all so much.

Personally,No. Just had a bad experience in the store. I was extremely tired andand hungry had trouble thinking clearly,was at the kiosk trying to order a. veggie sandwich,& the Kitchen Manager got in my face,& threaten to call the cops,accusing me of walking out with 2 candy bars. I said,I was going to my truck to go get my money,I have NEVER stolen anything in any convenient store in my life. I WILL Be Staying Clear of The Store From Now One. I Do NOT NEED Harassed,when shopping. I use to ho in there a lot,but do NOT NEED The Stress,Aggravation. Plus It Is Hard To Get In & Out Of With Your Vehicle. I told the cashier about it,she just shrugged her shoulders as in oh well. Would give a,Negative Star,IF I Could. #nightmare

Went by omw home as normal right after 11. I stopped at the oakvale road princeton wv store. Ordered my food, grabbed a chicolate milk amd 2 packs of eminem to goneith my late night 2 for 5. I went to pick it up and the lady said I didn't pay. Told her I saw the lady scan the ticket. Anyway, I realized I was overcharged by 10 dollars because the cashier added someone else's tab to mine. It go fixed. I understand problems happen, however, the lady that had to fix tbe mix up was very rude nd scoffed at me for her inconvenience. Thats what made me review this. I have had repeated problems with this store, but never took the time to write a review until now.

I JUST CAME BACK TO EDIT THIS. BREAKFAST THIS MORNING WAS KILLER!!! HERES SOME PICS. STAFF WAS AMAZING AS ALWAYS. BEST. STORE. EVER. Theyre always consistently excellent with a friendly staff and let me tell you the restaurant is incredible. It has amazing food you wouldn't think a gas station would but it does everything is amazing and very fairly priced what the best thing is their specialty coffees. I just posted a picture of my latte that was made to perfection this morning. It costs about a quarter of what you're going to pay at Starbucks and the quality is through the roof. I love this place this one is way better than most of them. The only one that can compare is the one in Beaver. The other location in Princeton is not worth going to. I would drive the extra mile and a half if it's even that far to come to this one. I have on multiple occasions received cold specialty coffee... I guess they didn't know what they were doing and tried to cut corners and didn't steam the milk for a latte or cappuccino. Thats the one on Courthouse Rd. Their burritos are always wrapped in a square shape that falls apart before you eat it. The last time I was there and it really will be the last time I am ever there my husband and I stood by the pick up counter for about 20 minutes waiting for them to complete our order. Finally we asked about it and some girl told us in a very ghetto way your orders been done I didn't know you paid... so yeah that's the last time I'll go there ever because it always sucks anyway and there's an amazing place right up the road it's the one on Oakvale Road right off of 460 and right by 77 and they're amazing..im telling you the coffees and the specialty shakes are incredible. I really actually look forward to seeing these people everyday and yes I do stop at Sheetz almost every morning for breakfast and a coffee or an energizing vanilla shake. They use ice cream base rather than ice cream but the shapes are absolutely delicious and the wild berry smoothies the real fruit smoothies they are delicious it's like you're actually drinking a piece of fruit. Thats what it tastes like.. anyway if you just want some good grub to snack on or a great coffee milkshake smoothie or great staff at a gas station check this place out okay.

Never had a bad experience until tonight, there was a lady working her name is Karen I do believe, she got rude with us because our whole order was messed up and we took it back so she got mad and rude. We ordered bonless bitez TOSSED in dr pepper sauce and popcorn chicken. She put the popcorn chicken in the box with the bonless bitez and put the sauce on the side. Didn't get ranch and the fries were cold. Disappointed.

Food took quite a while to come out.. we ordered boneless bites with garlic and parmesan.. some of the bites had BBQ sauce on it and very little garlic.. they were taken back in.. they squirted garlic on it but there was still BBQ sauce on the chicken.. BBQ, Garlic, and parmesan do not mix very well.. it was taken in a second time and told them to remake it.. they complied and the third time around they managed to make the chicken properly. How hard can it be to make it right the first time!? Word of advice, clean your utensils before you make another person's food especially when their different condiments!
