I used to work for a Sheetz, let me preface with that. My store, would literally run laps on this one. Your order red times must be absolutely Brazy. Got 6 people working and nobody can help the poor girl on milkshakes with her 4 orders? Fr? Zero teamwork, manager running the cash register when you're slammed on orders? Everyone else is stocking what is somehow an empty store still. Area Manager, do better. Edited, just now tasting my milkshake, somehow the basic chocolate milkshake has the color, but absolutely zero chocolate flavor. Lordy. Store #286, call them up, see how it's done.

first let me say i’ve been working in fast food for 5+ years & we hold ourselves to a very high standard when it comes to customers & serving them at a mannerly time.. the customer is your very first priority. i went to sheetz on christmas eve.. it was so packed the store was about full because they were the only place open. me & my family got there at about 9:35.. after waiting & waiting & waiting we didn’t get our food until 12:40. 3.. almost 4 hours later we finally got our food. me, myself order separately from my family and all i had was a flatbread pizza & 6 wings. i go to my car and immediately check my food. the pizza was all flipped around in the box.. cheese and pepperoni all over the place, and only got 5 wings instead of 6. it was absolutely ridiculous that i waited 3 hours and my food wasn’t correct or okay too eat. i took the food back in & asked the lady to remake it, i don’t know her name but she had burgundy & blonde hair.. she took the food and said okay after i told her what was wrong. i guess she took it and looked at it herself. few minutes go by and she comes back & says “im just going to give you a refund” i was so confused at this point. i follow her to register and im kindly asking her your giving me a refund? so are you still going to remake my food? she said NO I DONT HAVE TIME TO REMAKE YOUR ORDER IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT WHEN I GAVE IT TOO YOU. after screaming at me & refusing to just remaking a flatbread pizza & 6 wings she proceeded and threatened to call security for no reason at all. she called security and went in the back for about 5 minutes after telling me she was going to give me a refund. obviously she wanted me to leave but i couldn’t even do that because instead of her immediately refunding my order she went to the back for about 5 minutes. while she was in the back i proceeded to ask the other 3-4 workers if anyone was going to remake my food and they all walked around working and rudely ignoring me.. i have never been treated in such a way & it was very unprofessional. the fact that i waited 3 hours for my food & it was a complete mess and then i get the food taken and told they didn’t have time to fix it so i had no choice but to get a refund? is this how sheetz treats their customers? mind you, i work in fast food and i know how bad it can get, but it should not take 3 hours to make anyone’s order & whoever that lady is who treated me the way she did, needs fired. obviously none of those workers can handle a rush or complains about food. i will never & i mean never come to this sheetz ever again. it was so bad most the customers waiting LEFT & didn’t even try to get a refund because they didn’t want to wait even longer.

I've been to sheets a total of 2 times. I stopped today and decided on the sliders. Bad decision. The meat was cold and did not taste or even resemble Hamburger. I could not, with good conscious, put this into my body.

This place needs a janitor. It's always dirty here. Trash everywhere around building, restrooms are disgusting, glass doors are dirty, floor dirty, ect.

Love the food here but this Sheetz service time is horrendous. I cannot think of a single time I have not waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru even when there is no one in the store or only 2 cars in the drive thru. The one on Oakvale road doesn't even have a drive thru and you are in and out in 5 minutes.Edit. 40 minutes in line for a sandwich and cup of fries. My lunch ended 10 minutes ago and all i have now is a sandwich and cold fries. Unacceptable.2nd Edit. Tried again 3 months later. 7/23/23.30 min in line for 3 tacos and 10 minutes at the window. no one even came to the window to collect payment. Will not be back.

We ordered chicken wraps all 3 of us they forgot the cheese of one of ours. For a gas station sheetz is the best they have "fresh" food obviously everything's frozen but overall very good I have had a few things from here and they have all be worth the price.

Always love ordering ahead in the app and my drink being ready when I come through the drive-thru the signs are mostly friendly I've only ever encountered one that wasn't just the friendliest person in the world

great food, huge selection, kind workers, and a clean bathroom facility. if you need to stop by a gas station, and get some snacks, i would definitely recommend sheetz. the food was ready quickly, and never disappoints, especially for a gas station. you can find snacks, sodas, and beer here for low prices, along with gas and diesel. the workers are nice, and the restrooms are always clean, and have plenty of stalls and sinks.

The manager Mary isnt accommodating nor polite.I stopped at 4:30 AM looking for a frozen coffee. It ciuldnt be made because they didnt have milk. But when i ordered an ice coffee i was given two choices of milk.I waited over 5 min fir the iced coffee and was told “very rudely” that she doesnt make it until its paid for. The inly Sheetz ive been in that dies this. The receipt doesnt say to pay prior. Just ti pay before picking it up.So there where more issues but ill stick to just this ine…i asked if the iced coffee could be put in the blender (it hadnt been made yet). I explained that the little chunks of ice allows me to drink it. My stimach is not enjoying my coffee like when i was younger but i can drink frozen coffee aloccasionally.Ahe said she couldnt because they were iut of mlk. ??????seriously it was an ice coffee i was asking to have blended not a frappacino. I just wanted a coffee with ice blended..there was a few more things but im hitting the road again. I Love sheetz but wont ever go back to one that was out of 1/2 their drink menu and a surely rude manager to boot.It was more than frapacinio…..ive been driving north from fl and stopping at just sheetz. The rest are 10+ aand not out of anything. Kind, nice and extremely helpful.

The last 2 times I've been in there including today I've ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Why are you microwaving my bagel? It becomes unchewable rubber. Order# 579

I travel for my job and like to stop at this Sheetz to fill up with gas before I leave on my trips. Out of the past seven times I have filled up with gas here, four of those times the receipt dispenser was not working. This may not be a big deal for some people, but I’m always in a hurry and do not want to go in and have to stand in line to get my receipt. The first time I could understand, the second time I let it slide, the third time I called the manager, and today was the fourth time. I will not go back to get gas again here, because of this inconvenience. Just some friendly feedback from a dissatisfied customer.

This place is incredibly rude. We got 3 drinks and waited over 30 minutes for 3 COFFEES. We complained when we knocked on the window after 20 minutes of waiting and the woman got an attitude immediately. This place is absolutely ridiculous.

So I just went to this sheetz and ordered my food and paid by 10:25 it is now 15 minutes later and people that have ordered after me got their food but I haven't. I only ordered French toast sticks and a hot chocolate. I was done waiting so I left and will never return here again

Good food. open all night for late night munchies or traveling. pay employees above average pay. employees friendly and helpful. plenty of gas pumps so there is no waiting. very clean. food cooked as ordered, so it is fresh

Has free wifi. Bathrooms are clean enough. Nice selection of stuff. However 3 people behind the counter, only one person working. No small humidor for quality cigars.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Went through sheetz drive thur and sit in line for a hour and half. All for a personal pan pizza and side of fries.Will be definitely last trip to this sheetz store. 😡

We went through the drive thru and the man giving us our food was really friendly and nice, his was Donnie (I think that's how it's spelled). It was great to be met with such a cheerful person in times like this.

so i order there nacos loaded and all it had on it was chips lettuce tomato thats it and for $5. when i called manger said sorry for loss we help you next time. if you cant fix this time why will they be next time. so i just found out about sheetz 3 months ago i go every day for 3 months and they would not work with me at all so for $5 they lost a customer

It's Sheetz. Sheetz is cool. Just depends on the person behind the counter. Or, you can always just self checkout and avoid the clerk trying very hard to avoid you. 😐

One cook with a bunch of orders...had to wait 20 minutes for food. Only one person in the store was able to sell alcohol. Manager doesn't know how to schedule staff.

Always clean and organized as well as stocked. Sells alcohol and tobacco products and a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Gas and diesel available. Lots of pumps, and parking as well. (Always a good spot for Pokémon Go spawns) Public restrooms and and water fountains available inside. MTO foods and drinks available as most Sheetz stores provide. Drive thru is available, as well as free air in the back side of the building. Outside seating available as well as inside of course.

Clean restrooms. Fast service and the best gas prices in town. Right off the interstate. Easy to get to and easy to get back on the interstate and back on your way.
