Visited here on Black Friday for the first time. I was amazed of all the pets they have to choose from. They have plenty of pet supplies & cages that you might need. They have a variety of pets anywhere from beta fish , birds , bearded dragon , bermese python , crickets , ferrets , fish , Gerbils , guinea pigs , hedgehog , leopard geckos , mice , rats , snails , snakes , sugar glider. Not every pet is listed but that's an idea of what they have. Some prices are high depending on what kind of pet your looking for. I recommend coming here if your looking for a new pet or in need of pet supplies you can't find else where. Owners were helpful & very nice. Recommended pet store.

I absolutely love this place. They have a big variety of fish and other animals. The fish tanks are always super clean as well as the other animals surroundings. The staff is super nice. They are very affordable on there prices. I highly recommend you going there and checking it out.

Place has decent prices but the employees have absolutely no clue what they’re talking about and mistreat the animals, the only thing i would recommend buying from this place is crickets for your animals to eat or fish tank supplies because they’re cheap.

This place is a great place to get fish and they have all kid’s of different animals. They are very friendly and it’s very clean help you when you need it. My husband and I got a snake and bearded dragon there and they are healthy and doing great. We even go there to get our feeder’s for the snakes if I was anyone I would go check this place out.

We have been coming here for years..driving 2 hours. We came for pond plants they where horrible. The lady working had no idea what kind We where asking for. We had just saw the Facebook page what was available. Last time traveling this far.

Largest selection of aquarium fish in the area maintained in clear tanks. Look from parking lot is deceptive as there is like 5 separate rooms with fish tanks. Large selection of snakes and a few store pet monster size snakes. Lizards, rats, hedgehogs and even a chinchilla.

Wow! I wish I would have known about this place sooner. They had everything I needed and in variety as well. Can't find better people to talk to about your animals either. I would give it 10 stars if it were an option.

I was very disappointed. The store was nasty. Fish tanks were dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned in forever. Floors were filthy. Bird cages looked as though they had never been cleaned. Very disgusting. I will never purchase anything from this store.

place is extremely dirty and all animals are neglected, employees are idiots who have absolutely no clue how to properly care for an animal not to mention they don’t give full refunds on anything even if it was their fault, my lady bought a few rats to keep as pets and needed all boys but they ended up giving her 2 girls and wouldn’t give her all her money back on them also the rats were in terrible condition with ear infections and sickness due to INHABITABLE conditions

Yes I give a one star because this place is very unfair I got a fish tank light off of them and the price tag said 9.99 and when I was going to pay they marked the price up from 9.99 to 19.99 for a little light and they say is water proof but is 100% not waterproof it completely stopped working because it has gotten water inside the light

My son-in-law brought me here for the first time to show me his favorite place to buy his fish. I was impressed. A former fish owner myself, this place was "SUPER" clean, the employees so extremely helpful and friendly. Just to see the albino huge snake was well worth the beautiful trip through the windy back roads. Such a beautiful drive.

they are neglecting all of there animals, gerbils in 5 gallon tanks, rats with dirty water, not single animal in there had hides, every single one is being mistreated. do not support them.

I drive 40 miles from beckley to come here and it's totally worth the drive! They have the biggest selection of fish and reptiles I've ever seen! Way cheaper too! Five stars!!!

Overall best place to get any fish you could want and any aquarium supply or for reptiles or mammals. They even have used stuff which I absolutely love. What I love most of all I'd the staff so friendly and easy to start a convo. If your in mercer county visiting and love fish stop by you won't regret it.

I'm not from West Virginia but I drive down and visit my boyfriend multiple times a year and him being a fish guy, stops in there himself at least once a week. So when I'm down there with him, I go with him and I love to because this is my favorite pet store from Michigan to West Virginia. They always have lots of snakes, fish and critters. Many accessories to choose from for your pets and so friendly. I have and will always stop in when I get the chance. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The perfect place to go if you are looking for fish! They have all kinds of fish and other interesting creatures (snakes, mice/rats). It's worth dropping by just to see all they've got. And the staff is helpful and friendly.

Had to get a rat for my boa and our usual spot was closed. So we went to Personal Touch and they had the medium rat we were looking for at 2 dollars cheaper than our usual spot. The owners are very pleasant and the establishment is closer. This will be my new spot for rats or anything else I may need.
