The play place for kids is great. When ever there's a busy day you have to wait 30 mins for cold food. Ordered a burger with only onions and cheese and meat and they forgot the meat. They workers can be rude to and keep forgetting your stuff in your order and get it wrong even on a day when the place is empty. All the food was really cold. A handicap man asked for sauce and had to wait 10 minutes for that but for the kids I guess it's pretty good.

Sat for over 45 minutes from ordering to actually getting our food. Not only was our food cold, the steak on my steak bagel was just one giant gristle. We ordered two strawberry pies and was given a strawberry and apple pie. We had been made to pull ahead because they were waiting for hash browns. We watched several cars behind us leave with their orders, pretty sure one or two had orders with hash browns. We certainly didn't receive fresh, hot anything.

Not going to lie, for a company that boasts excellence and consistency, this particular location does not off either. If you go through the drive-thru, expect speed but no quality control. If you go inside, abandon any hope for fast service or accuracy. I only write this after 5 similar experiences consecutively.In conclusion, there are literally dozens of other quick eats in the area. Go to any of them you'll thank me later.

Very slow then forgot an entire Happy Meal and 4 drinks for the order. Went back in to get Happy Meal and they forgot the fries. Went back in to get the fries and then discovered they forgot the toy in the meal. Just all around bad service with no apology or acknowledgement of mistakes.Wont be back!

I have never had to ask for a refund and walked out of a restaurant before this one. Restaurant overrun with people bring in food from other local fast food restaurants. Waited 30 minutes for my order, that never happened, Looking to the ' back of the house' beyond the front counter and it's a dump with trash and food all over the floor and counters. No flow to get any orders out, other than the steady flow of employees going out to smoke. Even for a McD, this place was a train wreck.

Waited 20 minutes never got any food. Saw a guy in the back drop a wrapper on the floor and pick it up and keep making the burger. Just left and didn't even bother trying to get my $12 back

This place is a wreck! Waited 50 minutes in the drive thru after paying $9 for 2 super small shamrock mcflurries, because just like last St. Patrick's Day, they didn't have the stuff to make shamrock shakes. Even though they were advertising them. I'm ashamed to tell people that I use to work there. Someone needs to sue this place and shut it down.

They just want you to use the drive thru. I used online order for 1 single frappe and stood inside for 20 minutes while watching car after car drive out of the drive thru. Ridiculous.

Horrible, horrible. What an awful experience at McDonald's, we went in because the store was plastered with signs advertising the McRib was back. Pretty much everything was bad. We waited in the drive-thru probably 10 minutes behind about 15 cars. Never moved. We decided to go inside. We were behind one other couple. There was one girl waiting on her food, and she didn't look too happy. We got to the register, ordered two McRibs, two fries and two cokes. Immediately, we were told they didn't have the McRib. Since we were already there, we decided to order two fillet of fishes. While we were waiting, I went to use the bathroom, so gross and nasty. There was dumped chocolate milk all over the counter, toilet paper on the floor, just disgusting. Back to the counter and waited. The girl that looked, not too happy, was still waiting. She said she'd been waiting over 20 minutes and no one else was in line. Then they brought out two or three other people's food that was ordered after hers. The girl behind the counter, went and checked on it, finally came back, and said, it will be here in a couple of minutes. Then the kicker, she said, " at least it will be fresh". I guess if the girl hadn't waited for over 25 minutes, the food wouldn't have been fresh? We finally got hours after about 15 minutes, and it was just as bad. When we got back out to the truck, and started to leave, the vehicles we were behind, in the drive-thru, we're mostly still there. There. The vehicle we were directly behind, was still six cars back from the pickup window. Don't ever visit this McDonald's. Such a bad experience.

This is the one place we stop at every year on our way to Myrtle Beach or returning to Canada... we arrived about 10-15 min before a bus load of 30 came to get food. Our service was exceptional even with the staff trying to get counter served which was still quite busy, drive threw which was very busy.... The only 2 issues we had was that the instant order machine was not taking payments at the machine. You still had to head to the counter to pay.... and the HOT tea was water with a teabag.... hubby got 2 milk 2 sugar.... I got 2 cream 2 sugar... my cream curdled in my hot tea.... but very much not a strong teabag... yes we let our tea sit and steep for a while too.... the restaurant was clean the washrooms were in good order too...

I wouldn't there take my family back to this restaurant. It was very nasty and not clean. Another word would be unsanitary. They was also very rude. I couldn't get any of the orders right.

Chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was burnt. We are travelling for vacation and already back on the road. Its pointless to drive back to have it remade because we dont want to wait 45 minutes a 2nd time today. Also we ordered 2 diet sodas and got something diffrent.
