I bought a pregnant Guinea pig from this store, she wasn’t able to walk when I got her. Took her to the vet and paid a $400 vet bill, she had been a breeder and wasn’t cared for. This store let her get pregnant back to back. She wasn’t able to have the babies due to her age and she sadly passed away. I had this baby for 6 DAYS. I called to ask if they had a guarantee and she paused and said “A 24 hour guarantee”. Even the vet I took the poor baby too said this place treated their animals awefully. Will never be back and will make sure to warn everyone of this aweful pet store.

The clerks are very nice. I aked them about different species of pets from reptiles to birds, and they was very knowledgeable about their diets, the creatures habits, and what i need to care for the animal. Its the only pet store ill go to get food for my bearded dragon.

We've popped in the store every month since moving to Princeton for our dog and fish as well as special ordered supplies for our aquarium and even live fish. Excellent service and friendly staff helped it all go smoothly! High quality products and well stocked shelves.

Stopped by there today and I was sickened. Filthy and smelled. Half of the bettas were dead in their cups on the shelf. They are high priced as I can find all of their things cheaper elsewhere and online. I felt awful for the fish and some of the hamsters, etc were to overcrowded in cages. I’m a groomer and I know that isn’t right. Maybe sweep the floor and light a candle, and check on the fish daily and it would be alright. The lady was very nice though.

Very expensive. Ever since the pandemic came they have tripled their prices on everything. They are price gouging. Do not go here. Would not even give them a one star but have too. BEWARE PRICE GOUGERS!!!!!

My sister and I didn't have a problem with Kimz when we got our ferrets. Then my sister bought a fish and some plants for the tank. We didn't know this but that fish had a fungal disease that we didn't know about it until it was too late. That fish died, and since then, my sister's other two fish have died despite her use of an antifungal. We're now trying to protect the rest of her fish before they die too. We also that some if the tanks were too full of fish and were in disgusting tanks. Be wary of this place.

When I first walked into the store I noticed an awful smell. I walked around and looked at everything, it’s extremely dirty most of the fish are dead and the lizard tanks look like they have never been cleaned....worst pet store ever

If you decide to buy a Bearded Dragon from these people, just be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars on vet bills. I bought a Bearded Dragon (2 months old, waaayyy under the recommended sell age) and when I got there, neither of the 2 that they had looked in very good condition. I picked the biggest one of course. When I was asking questions about the Bearded Dragons needs, none of the staff knew really how to care for a Bearded Dragon properly. I go back almost 2 weeks later (due to a basking bulb showing early signs of blowing) and I seen the baby Beardie i didnt pick still there. It looked lethargic and like it needed some serious attention from a vet. I go home and find out my Bearded Dragon I've had for 2 weeks is showing signs of a Respiratory infection. I go to a vet and they send me home with antibiotics and told me that the Beardie (Bearded Dragon) more then likely got it from the pet store. Now its been a month since I've had this Bearded Dragon, and she's got yellow fungus growing on her. Come to find out, it takes weeks sometimes a MONTH to show signs of Yellow Fungus in Bearded Dragons. Another vet bill. Save yourself time and money and buy from a breeder who specializes in these beautiful creatures. It will be worth it.

KimZ “Pet Store” is disgusting, they are very high priced and the reptiles are not being taken care of correctly they are bunched in together and not water and fed as well as not have any decor or hiding spots for them. I’m disappointed in the way these animals are being treated and I’m not sure why their shop is open.

Went in pets was burning up the owner was sitting in chairs him and her in front wouldn't speak and had fan on them I wanted to slap them but I held my temper walked out please someone how do u call to report that poor flopped ear rabbit couldn't hardly catch breath and raise it head then it head would fall didn't have enough money or would have took it out of the
