I currently live in Winston-Salem, and a society member's father passed away with the funeral being at Mercer Funeral Home, which is about 1h 58min away from me. I ordered online with no way of making any edits to my order, so I called multiple times. When I finally got a hold of someone, he was kind enough to get the flower arrangement to the family in a decent time. God bless him for the beautiful Christmas arrangement and for delivering on making someone else day a little more bright due to the death of a relative.

The is the best flower shop i have been too. And i'm not just saying that because Wesley Brown is my uncle. I grew up watching my uncle in his flower shop. He is very talented. And everyone i know has told me that too..he is good at what he does. His pricing is very reasonable , and my uncle makes sure before you leave his shop , that all of his customers 100% happy. He has had customers still from when he first opened up. They wont go to no one else. I send everyone to Colonial florist.

I personally know Wesley brown who reads the newspaper finds out who's being buried that day then steals their flowers and sells them to another family I,ve personally been with him loading up the flowers and carrying them back to his flower shop he steals our of every cemetery near and far around Princeton West Virginia he urinates in the glass vases in the flower shops he hasn't installed a bathroom in my opinion no one knows him for who he is I'm also know as Everett Sweeney

Been doing business with Wes for many years and he has never disappointed until now! Charged my card 371 dollars for an order that I asked to be cancelled within an hour of talking to him. Sad to deal with this while planning a funeral for my sister. I will never do business with him again and neither will the rest of my family..

So disappointed!I wish I could give no stars!!$49.00 for a wrist coursage and matching boutineer.On the day of pick-up, we were accused of not paying all together AND not even ordering the boutineer!! I had 3 people with me at the time I made the order and actually heard my order AND saw me pay!! The Boutineer was never received!! And on top of everything else, the roses and ribbon on the coursage were the wrong color we ordered, were wilted, brown and dressed with fake leaves!!

Wes did a fabulous job on the casket spray. All of the floral arrangements on display in the store were creative and would be perfect complements to any decor or funeral arrangement.

Wesley did a wonderful job. We was very open to my visions and ideas that I found on Pinterest. I have worked with Wesley multiple times in the past and he does not disappoint with his arrangements. This florist is very affordable compared to other florists in the area.

I only give a 1 because this is lowest possible! This place was a huge disappointment. The man was cursing and telling us what we wanted! Over charged. 50 bucks for the ugliest corsage I have ever seen. Plus the buttoniere that he claims we didn't order after telling us we needed on! Yesterday at pick up. Ugly corsage. Chose pink and blue. Got yellowish and white ribbon. And no buttoniere! 50 bucks!Save your money and go somewhere else!! Very disappointed!

I live on the VA side but still order my flowers from Colonial. They always treat me right and do fabulous arrangements for any occasion. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a great florist.

The person I spoke with on the phone was so sweet & helpful. I was able to send a condolences bouquet along with a card. They were also willing to deliver to Hinton, WV. Wonderful service!

Colonial Florist saved the evening! I had previously talked to another florist and planned to pick up a flower arrangement on Friday, October 29th at 4:30 pm. When I arrived at the shop it was closed. Not familiar with the area and in a panic, I googled florist and that’s when I called Colonial Florist.
