Calling to make sure your meds are ready can be a waste of time- I have driven to town twice this week only for them to say out of stock. Last month over the phone they said they didn't have it. I was out in the their parking lot, walked in and they filled it. Walgreens is getting just as unreliable as Fruth from my previous experiences. Time to go on nature's medications over big pharma. Looking at the previous review I wonder if it's because of skin color. I have seen dismissive customer service at both in town pharmacy's.

My husband went in tonight to ask if they had a public restroom. He was going in to purchase veet hair remover but needed to go to the restroom first. So when he asked the cashier if there was one she looked him up and down and rudely stated they don't. He stated that he just really needed to go and that he was purchasing something as well. But still her attitude towards him was very nasty. There was another young mixed employee there that then looked at my husband and apologized for her behavior. The disrespectful response and negative attitude was very distasteful and not appreciated.When I went in on my own to purchase it since my husband was too angry to purchase she didn't acknowledge my presence at all. The young man stopped speaking to her and greeted me immediately. He was very gentle and nice in his tone towards me. She walked off as soon as I walked up with my items in my hand. It was very unsettling. I asked the young guy if there was a public restroom and he politely told me no with a smile on his face. She definitely needs to be corrected. I will be calling corporate. She was a short and older white woman
