The service is super slow! While in the drive thru the cashier is unable to balance between taking orders and accepting payments. Which leaves the drivie through backed up for long periods of time. The sausage and bacon is often dry to the point where the sausage is hard as a brick and the bacon crumbles. The food is prepared with sloppiness!

I am not from the Pt Pleasant area anymore, but I stopped here for the first time while traveling through WV. When I walked in, I thought the place looked like it could use a cleaning, but it wasn't horrible. I placed my order at the counter and then went to the restroom where I was appalled to find many cockroaches scurrying around my feet in the tiny not so clean bathroom. After going back to the counter, I grabbed my food and left with fear that I would carry the roaches home with me. They really need to clean this place up! I did take a bite of the sandwich, but I couldn't tell you what I truly thought of the taste as I was pretty focused on the roaches and the less than clean restaurant. The sandwich went in the trash. I love Pt Pleasant, but Tudors needs to do better.

Went with a group of teens to try something besides the regular fast-food chains. It was delightfully different with baked apples and biscuits being included in the platters. Service was friendly, and I appreciated that when someone in our group forgot to order a drink, they just included it instead of making me pay again.All of our food was very good, although teens can be picky eaters and some did not go for the apples. Only downsides: the coffee was not that great, and the bathrooms were not very clean.

I’m usually not one to complain and I love Tudors and will continue to go there. The last couple times I have went, when ordering a Miner Biscuit, the cheese has not been put in there very much. It is always just a small dot. I know this may be petty, but if it is part of the biscuit, I would at least like to be able to taste it throughout the biscuit and not just smack dab in one bite in the middle.

I have to say I wasn't sure what I was expecting. I have never eaten here before and being from Pennsylvania, we do not have them and it's an honest shame. We decided to stop here for breakfast on our way out of Point Pleasant. The food, the people and the atmosphere was absolutely lovely. We ordered two breakfast platters and the blueberry biscuits and everything was delicious and perfect for our trip back. The owner was there and even did a magic trick for our daughter and gave her a "magic quarter". That is the most precious thing I have ever seen and I can't say enough good things. Keep up the good work and wonderful additudes. We appreciate you and all your hard work.

This is one of the best places in point pleasant WV to eat at. Nice, friendly, helpful people, great food. And all at a great price. I go there to eat at least 3 times a week and sometimes more. You really couldn't ask for a better place to eat at.Vegetarian options: They have many different dishes where you do not have to have meat. I'm not a big meat eater so this is always helpful to know for me.Dietary restrictions: If you have any kind of dietary restrictions all you have to do is tell the cashier that is taking your order. She will do everything she can to accommodate you. I have had to change my order around many of times for different reasons and they have been nothing but helpful and accommodating for me.Kid-friendliness: The whole place is like one big family, point pleasant WV is a small town so we all help each other. Kids are free to bring coloring books and crayons to have something to do on their short wait for there food.

Incredible! Just incredible! I had heard so many great things about the place and was VERY happy with my trip.One may balk at the price at first, but the biscuit sandwiches we got were HUGE and DELICIOUS. They were so big my husband almost couldn't finish his, and that is NOT what happens with him and food!!Fast and friendly service, with the added bonus that as soon as the man opened the drive through window, we were delightfully overwhelmed with the smell of delicious bacon that wafted out.Definitely excited to go back.

Wasn't impressed with the atmosphere, but that's my own fault for assuming it would be like a diner and not a fast food joint. That aside, the eggs were typical, low grade fast food style eggs, which isn't anything to praise. Everything else was surprisingly good. The sausage is flavorful and thicker cut than you'd get at most places. The spiced apples are a tasty treat. The biscuits are the star of the show. They are fresh and they are huge. If you are normally a two biscuit person, you only need one to do the job here. Highly recommend for a quick, quality breakfast bite.

A good breakfast for a good price. Waiting times aren't that bad. Depends on when you go to place of course. Overall taste isn't the worst I've had. This evaluation probably changes from store to store. Accessibility in most cases is this chains selling points. By this I mean the local economy , travelers , and the fast food and sit - down cozy appeals. The serving of comfort foods. The kind your Mom would make also appeals to the masses. . .

My sister and I ordered. Pretty basic. She got ham n cheese just the way they serve it. I ordered ham n cheese with lettuce n mayo. We both got ham n cheese with mayo only. And they were COLD !! The manager did give me ten bucks back. But it still doesn't fix the disappointment. True story !
