The ones who work in the pharmacy… always so rude. I cannot tell you how many times they have treated me poorly. Which is horrible because I take my children to their quick care they have onsite and love the ladies in there, however, I have to have prescriptions sent elsewhere so I can avoid being treated like I’m garbage.

As someone who recently moved to the area, I always do my best to support local businesses as much as possible. But the Fruths in Pt. is so terrible that I will be driving over the bridge to go to a quality pharmacy where they prioritize customer service, ease of doing business and respecting people’s time. It is very sad every experience I have had with this location has been subpar at best. They are generally rude and for the amount of people they have working they are sure very slow. The best thing I can say about this location is it was close to my house, and now I will be driving an additional 10-15 mins to go to a different branded pharmacy. Save your self the time and go somewhere else.

We sent our elderly aunt flowers with balloons for her 84th birthday. They were beautiful, and Fruith's delivered them exactly at the time we requested.

I am a former employee and now after no longer working there on my own terms management has accused me of stealing from THEIR mistake after I paid it back and fixed their mistake the manger is trying to ban me from the store mind you she is ready for retirement

I will be taking my business somewhere else for now on. Every monthly and scripted needed for over a year now always takes 3-4 hours to get filled. I've learned to expect this. Today Dr sent script in for my kids around 10am, I went to pick up at 3. Neither were even worked on yet the pharmacist apologized and told me he could have them ready in 10 min. I told him I couldn't wait and would be back. I returned at 5:45pm. Stood at the counter till 6:04 before someone finally spoke to me. The scripts still were not filled. Finally check out at 6:10pm and said to the pharmacist that he told me at 3 that they were going to be filled and ready be 3:10pm. He just laughed and said to me that would have only happened if I would have stayed their. I told him how unexcitable this service is and that this is a continuing problem that has only been worsening over time. He just agreed and told me as much as I hate to wait he didn't enjoy working their either.

The pharmacist admittedly told me they price-gouge customers when they are able to do so...... although I admire honesty, no one in their right mind would do business with with a company that admits they profiteer. And Lynn Fruth, before you go on a witch hunt, this was several years ago and that is why I do not take my prescription business to you

They took over 2 hours to fill 2 prescriptions and then we still had to wait more time. Very disappointed. Will never go there again
