We stayed at this amazing RV park for a week. What an outstanding place with the most amazing people working there. Caleb and Emily stick out for me. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles, kindness and professionalism. Caleb helped us secure firewood for the week. What a valuable asset he is to your team.Emily is all smiles and the kindest soul I met on our trip. I wish her nothing but the brightest future.I hope we make it back here soon.

This place is beautiful. The store is a nice size. The bathrooms and showers are super clean. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful and accommodating (we got here just as they were closing up and they didn’t rush us). It is close to many waterfalls and new river gorge state park and Pipestem State Park is right around the corner. Check it out too. Definitely put this on your to do list!!

Love this campground. It was super clean, comfortable, and the staff was really friendly. Don't forget to check out the pizza and wings in the store up front, great food at great prices. Stayed in a tent space, we had water and power and an excellent playground nearby for the kids. Half the price for tent camping inside the state park and nicer in my opinion. Another set of bathrooms on the opposite end of the park would be the only thing I'd change.

Pipestem RV Campground is a small privately owned place with nice, level full hook up sites. Pipestem was clean, well maintained, with all the needed amenities. Staff is super friendly and happy to make recommendations for area sights and activities. Located between Pipestem State Park and Bluestone Lake State Park you will be minutes away from lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, etc. Staff recommended checking out Sandstone Falls which was about a 30 minute drive but well worth the time. The pizza from the campground restaurant was delicious! We would return in the future.Nearby activities: Hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, antiques, good food, great views from nearby parks

The park is absolutely beautiful! The facilities were very clean at all times. We loved the playground. The sites are a bit close especially when you have a larger camper. We barely got our vehicle backed up to our camper for us to pull out.The younger gentleman at the check in area seemed to not know much. Didn't explain where our site was located. When I went to check in he told me I didn't even have a reservation even with me showing him an email. He finally found it and blamed it on the fact there was to many people pulling in that same day.

Pipestem RV Park is conveniently located near the New River Gorge National Park and Pipestem State Park. The office/store employees are very nice. The campsites are big and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. Nice playground and basketball court. Found the perfect site, but I'm not going to tell you which one:) I recommend giving it a try.

We stayed at this campground for a week. Peaceful and highly recommend it. Centrally located about an hour to many must see areas. New River Gorge, Grand View, the grist mill at Babcock state park and Sandstone falls. Can't forget the Beckley Coalmine museum and tour. Campground is very clean, laundry room is open 24 hours. Grounds office is with a convenient store. And Hunts Pizza.

Had a wonderful time staying here. Nice level spots and plenty of shade. The only drawback was some of the hook ups were at the front of the site we stayed at. If the maintenance guy didn’t let me borrow an extension cord for our power we would have been in trouble. Poorly laid out of some sites. I noticed some spots they were at the back but ours were at the front. Very nice campground.

Rural and special. We stayed 5 nights, then went about our travels and booked another two weeks to go back which was thoroughly enjoyable. Weather was a little rainy some days, but the cooler weather and bright skies were a delightful switch from Florida in August. We will be back. Hoping to come back to experience some snowy days. The office folks are wonderful, the grounds are immaculately mowed and kept up. There are a few permanent residents but we found them to be friendly and welcoming. Nice laundry room and the bathroom/shower room is good too. Hopefully, you all will not book too often that we can’t get back in. LOL

Nice park - well situated - great wifi - bathrooms need attention - clean cobwebs from corners, lights, etc and wash/clean the back of the doors. Dirty handprints and shoe kicks clearly indicated the doors including the knob have not been cleaned in quite some time. The ONLY person doing the cleaning task is off on Sunday and Monday so by Tuesday when he shows back up the trash around the park has not been cleaned up and the bathrooms are trashed. I suggest you hire someone to only clean the restrooms EVERY day of the week and take this task off the only person who is avaialble to do so.

We stayed here 5/30/2022 thru 6/10/2022. The park is very well maintained. Most sites are gravel but level. Almost every site has a small deck. Picnic bench and campfire ring at each site. We stayed in 18 with a 40 ft toy hauler and had plenty of room to park truck in front of trailer. I felt like there was ample room between sites. Park like setting. Very quiet park. The sites next to the road may be a little noisy due to traffic. Bathrooms and washroom well maintained. Great water pressure. The store was very well stocked. Trash barrels at each site and emptied frequently. Check in was easy and the management was friendly and helpful with any questions. Great campground and most definitely would stay here again!! Loved that you could pick your campsite at the time of booking.

Pipestem RV Park & Campground is a phenominal place to stay. Very convenient to the state parks in the area. Although some of the sites are on the small side and kinda close together, the water, electric and sewage were first rate! The bathrooms and showers were clean and the campground was well maintained. The store is next level for a campground and the food was delicious!A nice place to stay!

We truly enjoyed our brief stay at this quaint campground. The staff is kind and helpful. The camp store is well stocked. The sites are gravel, and mostly level. They are making improvements to the grounds which is nice to see. I believe they are adding a small restaurant to the grounds which will be nice since there aren't many options close by to get a bite to eat. The area is really scenic and peaceful with many outdoor activities in the surrounding areas. We will definitely consider a return trip to this area of WV.

Smaller campground with a mix of small to medium gravel sites but every site has a concrete pad with a picnic table which was an added bonus. Our site (9) had more grass then our neighbors which was nice for our dog. They have a store, on site showers and laundry. Showers are large and clean. Great WIFI, just a few days with a spotty connection for video calls. There was 2 of us working remotely 8 hrs a day so all in all we were very pleased with the connection. Absolutely no TV streaming issues. AT&T cell connection was great at the campground. Sprint/T-Mobile phone was roaming but still able to make and receive calls no problem. Quiet campground with some road noise but with windows closed not an issue. Good location for all the stuff we wanted to do. Some really nice parks in the area and plenty to do within an hour of the campground.

We stopped for propane, the store is stocked really well and very neat. They have hunt brothers pizza, fishing and camping supplies as well as a fully stocked convenience store. Very clean restrooms. The camp ground looked nice but we didn’t drive thru. The people working are extremely nice.

This was a small very clean and peaceful campground. Every site has either a concrete pad or a wooden deck which was very nice! Lots of shade. Nice playground. They have wifi which was wonderful! The store was well stocked with what ever you might need.....or in my case what ever I forgot. We would stay there again if we were in the area.

We enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Day weekend! Shady sites that a roomy and level for RVs and woodland tent sites along a little creek. The bathrooms and showers were clean and plenty of hot water. On site convenience store and nicelaundry. Very convenient to the Southside of the New River Gorge National Park. The town of Hinton was a beautiful walking town. We stayed 5 nights in a 32 foot Class C with tow vehicle.

This was hands down the best campground I have ever stayed at. The staff are incredibly accommodating and their customer service is superb. The owners are the most genuine people I’ve ever met - so genuine that you’ll leave there feeling like family! My girl’s and I stayed here for my bachelorette party and they exceeded my expectations.Wanting a more nature oriented party, I knew this would be the perfect place to stay! The Pipestem State Park is no more than a mile down the road with plenty of things to do, such as zip lining, horseback riding, white water rafting, and many options for sight seeing. In every direction you drive there are breathtaking mountain views and state parks with plenty of activities. We drove around and found waterfalls, rivers, a lake, hiking trails, and scenic views. At the state park, there are stages where many events are hosted so if you decide to visit keep an eye out to see if your favorite artist is in town! Walmart is about 30 minutes away but you truly do not need to leave the campground at all! They have the most adorable little store with all the necessities. It has a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and all your basic home/camping needs. Their showers are extremely clean and they also have a 24/7 laundry mat on site! The sites are extremely well kept. We stayed on an RV site, which had a wooden platform with a picnic table on it! It seriously doesn’t get better than this place. We saw the owners quite often and they were instantly there to answer any questions we had. You can tell that they care about this place and their permanent resident’s, along with their short term visitors! The owners, Jesse & Sara, were extremely friendly. They spoke with us about all the cool improvements that they will be doing to the grounds. One of those include adding a restaurant that they are actually currently working on!We can’t wait to return to this place! We will definitely be missing it like crazy until next time!

This was one of our favorite campgrounds ever! Jesse who owns the campground is an exceptional person! He helped us with a mechanical problem with one of his employees, worked a couple of hours to repair it and then refused to take any money! He said “no that’s what we do here.” That’s unheard of for the most part in today’s world and we couldn’t be more grateful for his help and we want everyone to know about his great campground. The campground is small and exceptionally clean and the people who work there are the nicest people to be around. We stayed a week and wish we could have stayed longer as we felt like we were part of a family there. If you’re ever in Pipestem, WV don’t even think about going anywhere else but this campground! But call as soon as you can as it’s extremely popular and for good reason! Thank you Jesse and staff for a most memorable week!

We had a great stay at PRVP&C! This is a very nice small RV park! It's very close to the state park as well. The camp store is quite the gem! It has everything from fishing gear, washers, dryers for rv guests, camco products should one be in a pinch or just want to add some new items or add some spare accessories. They also have camp bathrooms and showers at the store. Snacks, food, pizza, wings, french fries and more, a great selection of adult beverages, all at reasonable prices! The camp/store staff is very kind and helpful! When in the Pipestem area I will look to book this campground again! Yes, some sites are tight but do some research and I know you will find something that will work for each and every one of you! The tent sites across the bridge with the lights strung up are pretty cool too! The playground is a great time for the kiddos, and the newly added basketball court is very nice as well!

Was 1 of the cleanest shower rooms around, they kept the camp site clean and had anything that you needed on site. I went on the 4th of July and they did a huge fire work show, it was me my wife and 3 kids we loved it so much we are going back in a couple of weeks. One more good thing about where it's located, that it's close to the park with swimming, fishing, horse back riding and much more.

Amazing customer service, clean bathrooms with hot showers, clean level sites, and a miniature grocery store on site with almost everything you'd need. Also supplies propane. Super close to Pipestem State Park, pipestem falls, and bluestone lake/state park.
