Staff was great but it's the choice of drinks they have a soda machine in the lobby approximately 7 foot from cash register but yet if you don't go inside those flavors are not available. Like if you order online or over the phone you can't purchase them , he'll they don't even say they have them ...shame.And chicken strips in the chicken strip basket is so crunchy if you have no teeth or have dentures forget it the 3 peice strip basket you might get 1 peice maybe 1 1/2... now the desert is to die forParking: Plenty of parking just watch out for beesKid-friendliness: Oh yes absolutely kid friendly

Dairy Queen in Pineville, WV is one of the best locations around, surpassing those in Mercer County. The food is consistently good, although the staff can be hit or miss with friendliness. It's worth noting that people from Mercer and McDowell counties often make the drive just to eat here. A testament to its quality and reputation.

Unbelievably slow - sat in the drive thru for almost a half hour to pick up a single hotdog and French fries for my mother-in-law. There were just four vehicles ahead of me, and it took that long. Had it been food for me, I would have left. People behind me were leaving and not putting up with the wait.Even once I got to the window, nobody so much as acknowledged me for five minutes. There were three employees who seemed to be doing nothing but enjoying a drink and messing with something in the sink. One employee was messing with the trash can.When I finally got the food, it was a 4th person who brought it - not one of the employees standing around doing nothing.We have always enjoyed going to this dairy queen, but it isn't worth that kind of time wasting.

My son's and I make trips over bolt mountain for ice cream and Chicken baskets. Until we ordered 2 BBQ chicken baskets we received 1 and 1 plain. I asked if they could give me some of the BBQ they mix it in he'd dip them. Lady w dark short wavy hair, management at nights says, ( its our damn closing time in 5 minutes we won't take food back and fix it. You need to read an complete ur order when asked...) Wow 🤔🤨 my son and I just shared the one. But employees are always friendly. But not this woman. Not at all!!

I'm not sure what has happened to service in the past month or so, but the wait times have been absolutely LONG. My partner drives through to get food every once in a while on the way to work, and sometimes he has to wait so long, that he ends up pulling out and driving away because otherwise he'll be late and get in trouble. And he leaves with 10-15 minutes in mind when it comes to getting food on his commute.

Customer service sucks! We stopped in while riding motorcycles (hot as you know what) and the lady said no mask, no service. No one in there was wearing a mask. One very large person talking with this lady was playing with her dirty feet and was not wearing a mask as you walked in! How does that make sense? I will not spend my money there ever again!

Such a disappointing visit. Went inside to have an ice cream. Loby was closed and I asked to use the rest room and I was told it was closed so I wasn't able to wash my hands or use the toilet. I don't freak out over COVID-19 but I do believe in good hygiene.

It was a little busy, but they do have good, fast food and the blizzards are yummy. The employees are very friendly, nice and extra accommodating to my orders.

My experience with the Pineville Dairy Queen today was by far the worst yet. Needless to say if I could give a negative star review I WOULD. It seems like every time I come here they never fail to get my order right. I pay outrageous prices for the wrong thing. For example today i was craving a blizzard. I ordered a small chocolate oreo and cookie dough blizzard. I got a vanilla cookie dough blizzard (after paying an extra 75¢ for my oreos). My brother asked for chocolate m&m and oreo, and they gave him vanilla. Maybe this wouldn’t be as big of a deal if it wasn’t every time they mess up. Not to mention I like to get my money’s worth since it costs an arm and a leg just for 2 blizzards.

As I paid for my order, I was assured by the cashier that my order would be brought to me wherever I sat. However, this did not happen. The fat girl in black called me to the counter to get my tray in a rude way - she passed the tray to me and said "here" - and walked away. She did not treat another customer this way as she brought the tray for a family. Discrimination!!!!!
